  1. Dear Cecil, WOW, i'm very impressed by yourpractical approach, patience and response. ;-)Regreted for not knowing your service earlier. ;-( Being so generous to our queries (which you are not obliged to reply, in fact), i'm very sure that you can give very detailed info to engaged services, as compared to the FS service i'd previously engaged (he just gave me some sketch on my floor plan). Now i understand that there is no "easyrectification" to my main door/ Qi issue: Proposal 1: a sizable space need to be "set aside" between the partition and main door. ;-( Proposal 2: dining tableat A may make the walk way "less friendly", as i plan to buy a 6-seater dining table. ;-( i'm very glad that you gave me the proposals, which my previous FS master didn't give me any. i'll surely recommend your service to my friends. ;-) Cheers. ;-)
  2. Dear Master, ;-) Back to SG, feel great. ;-) Yeas, you are very right: (1) My living+dining isn't "L" shaped. (2) If i erect a partition, it does "cut" into the dining room area. ;-( (3) If ihave a partition, it will cut-off some lighting, as my house is NS direction. ;-( == W sec (Metal) Death = living room. S sec (Fire) Prosperity = E sec (wood) Excellent = N sec (Water) Health = rooms formy baby and my bro. == i can't possibly change the main door location. Hehee... How can be done? ;-( Thanks, Cecil. ;-) Dear Zey, Let us not be confused with different theories. Your queries has to do with wealth leak relating to Shapes and Forms Feng Shui. Perhaps, it is best to attach a sketch of the current layout. This is because it isbest (most favourable) to have a divider in an "L" shaped living cum dinning room. For the rest of the partition or divider, it is bestthat it does not seem to"cut" or slice intoareas like the living or dining room area. If because of (image- here) if we do install a divider:the question is does it or willit cut-off sufficient lighting e.g. at the main entrance or just behind the divider? Especially so in a North-South direction house? If yes, then partial - non-air-tight or partial with glass would be a good choice for thedivider/screen/partit ion. Warmest Regards,Cecil
  3. Hi,Master Cecil & Robert. ;-) ========== Background info: ========== "Fun With Feng Shui" "Module 1 Chapter 8: The Dragon Breath/ Qi energy force" mentions: "Good to allow Qi to circulate in the House", & "Qi comes in and flow out of back door is no good". And you further mention: "Adverse or bad Qi flows in a straight line" ========== My Eight House Chart superimposed to house layout: ========== Thanks to your web site, i now know that, via"Eight House" reading: i'm a "EAST person". After superimposing my personal template to my house layout, i realized that: E sec (wood) Excellent = N sec (Water) Health = happens to be the rooms for my bro and my future baby. S sec (Fire) Prosperity = space leading to kitchen. SE sec (Wood) Longevity= kitchenbasin& laundry area. W sec (Metal) Death = Oh oh, my living room area. SW sec (Earth) Disaster = Alamak! This is where my house main door located!SW 220. (A "square" house with door facing the wondows directly) ========== My Queries: ========== Since my main door is located at such a bad location, isn't it better to allow that bad Qi to flow directly from main door to living room windows, though by-passing our sofa area(instead of using a divider/screen to make that bad Qi circulate in my house)? If it's better to have a divider/screen, - what is the preferred material for a weak-fire person? - Shall i use red, green, or a natural white colour? - Better to be of full-height (all the way from floor to ceiling)? ========== Thanks for your enlightenment. ;-) Cheers. ;-)
  4. Hi, Cecil, Thanks alot for your reply. ;-) You've provided me a good practical advice. ;-) Cheers. ;-)
  5. Master Cecil Lee's "Fun With Feng Shui" "Module 2 Chapter 20 The Bedrooms", mentioned: " For the bed: 9. Itshould not be moved when the wife is pregnant. " IF shifting fromrented apartment to own one, is it ok? IF given no choice (gotta pay for rental and monthly instalment), have to shift, what can we do? IF from feng shui view, shifting isn't feasible at all for pregnant wife, when is the better time? When baby is 1-month old? Or? Appreciate your feedback. ;-) Cheers. ;-)
