Hi! we have a good house in a good area that is priced right but it just won't sell. We are in great despair(especially financially!) because we have purchased and need to sell fast. Everyone who views likes the property but no one will go to offer. I have tried several things including a leaving a light at the back of the property, de-cluttering, fresh flowers, plants etc but nothing seems to help/work. The only thing I can think of is I have several yucca plants. There is one that points down the property's driveway (maybe poision arrows)we have tried to shift it but it is so heavy it can't be moved. What could we do the counteract this and any advice on how to sell and fast would be greatly appreciated.
