I have recently saw a unit in Upper Boon Keng which I am interested to buy but have some doubts in the location as it is near a chinese temple. Need some advice. The house is East West facing where there is no blockage infront of the house. There is a temple beside the HDB unit which can been seen portion of the building from the living room windows. From the living room windowscan also see the kallang river infront of the house.
