  1. Hi Cecil and Robert, Thank you so much for your very helpful advice last week on wealth symbols in my hallway near the main door. As a result of your advice, I hung the carp painting in the hallway on the left hand side of the main door, which happens to be the near the Southwest corner. What I wanted to know is if I can install a wall uplight next to the painting. I read in Lillian Too's book that it is good to keep a light on the hallway on all day to bring in the precious yang energy. My question is can I put this light next to the carp painting (symbolising water) or would this cause me problems. For example, in a kitchen if you put the cooker next to the sink this is inauspicious. I just want to keep all of the elements in the hallway near the main door to bring good effect (these are carp painting = water, wall uplight = fire, a small picture of mountain range (earth/metal), metal wind chimes = metal as my stairs point directly to main door and a wooden door frame = wood element. Would this be alright? My main door faces West and I am Strongest Metal East Group 1 Earth Boar. Hope you can advise me? Thanks you again for your great work and sound advice. Best Regards Jo
  2. I read in Lillian Too's books that if one places water symbols inside or outside of one's house and your are a woman then it is advisale to place them on the left hand side of the main door looking out. Recently, I moved Carp painting, my fishtank of three goldfish into my hallway and placed on the left hand side of my main door. Also outside my main door (on the left side, I have a small water fountain to usher in the wealth to my home). My main door faces West (metal) and the left hand side of my main door is South West. Is this a good thing for me to do or not. I have activated my southwest corners in other areas of my house (living room and bedroom) so I only wanted wealth features in my hallyway. You see if I place the carp painting and fishtank In either North or South East then these are on the right side of the main door and I do not want problems in my relationship. (I've had enough already!). I read that according to the Flying Stars it is auspicious to place water in the Southwest until the year 2003? Please what do you recommend. I am an Earth Boar, East Group 3 and under the 4 Pillars I am strongest Metal. How does all this work together? Again thank you for your great software and web site. Yours truly, Jo Magnani
  3. Please can you help me? I am a Boar belonging to East Group, Group 1. According to Lo Shu formula my Sheng Chi location appears to be my bedroom. I would like to get married. I think I should sleep with my head pointing in my Nien Yen (which is South). However, owing to the layout of the bedroom, I cannot seem to position my head in an auspicious location. This is due to fixed furniture and the fact that I cannot re-align my bedroom door. The only possibility open to me is position my bed in the centre of the bedroom and for my bed to point North and my head to be pointing South (when I am asleep). This is my Nien Yen location (South) however it means that I am sleeping with the window behind. I have been told that this is inauspicious. However the other options open to me are either pointing my feet to a room which is the toilet/bathroom (which I know is very bad) or to point my head to this toilet and bathroom and that is also not an auspicious direction for me as it poitns West and is the Hoi Hai. What do you suggest I do? I have a tiny box room upstairs in the North which I could sleep in. Would this be better for me? Please can you help advise me.
