  1. Hi, could you please explain if the missing corners on the upper floor of a house are as detrimental as missing corners on the ground floor thanks dragana

  3. Dear Robert and Cecil, I have a question regardingbasement cellars. Many old properties in Europe have cellars, dark unaccessable areas, which can benoticed only by the ventilation bricks or by removal of the floor boards. are these cellars the source of negative Qi, and if so can one do something about it. dragana
  4. Dear Robert and Cecil, It is a common scene that one building is split into two properties and that would mean that each property would only have a front garden. Sometimes the rooms would protrude into the neigbours property space, both propertiessahare one roof. All this appears to me as a situation to be avoided when purchasing a property. My question is could there be a scenario when this kind of living arrangement is possitive to individualliving in it? Perheps whenthefacing of the property occupiedis one of their fourpossitive sides. dragana
  5. Dear Robert and Cecil, Often kitchen is the first room to enter because it has an access to the drive and one is handy to take shopping in through the kitchen access out side and not use the front door, is that a bad habbit to have. Also is it true that one should not have kitchen in ones wealth corner of the property? thanks dragana
  6. Could you please let me know the effect of metal portable building structures used as a temporary office on persons who are already of a strong metal element. Anytips onsurviving in these. thank you dragana
  7. Could not find any discussion on traveling in different directions and how that effects us. Specifically traveling to country or a city which is in direction of ones death direction. For instance, if one is traveling to a country or a city which is south east from the point of departure and south east direction happens to be one's death direction, shold one do something to prevent negative influences. Also are there any rules onspending time away from home, on birthdays or change of the yearin city or a country which is in ones death direction, relative to home. Would that fact negatively influence ones whole year. thanks dragana
  8. could you please let me know if and how inouspicious it is to have petrol station across the road from the front door. thanks dragana
  9. Dear Robert Lee, I am looking at purchasing a house that has North entrance, North East aproach to communal drive but, between the road and entrance to the private land shared by4 cottages, is a large car park, holding up to 100 cars. So in order to get tothe front door I would need to drive from the road through the car park. Would you interpret the access to this property as inauspicious thanks dragana vilinac
  10. Dear Robert, My mediteranian house has an underground, rainwater collection tank, filled by rain water. It is about 4m length x3m width x 2.5m height. The tank is siuated directly in front of the house, (SW-W). It used to supply the drinking water to the house. Now I wonder if I should keep it or fill it up, since I am connecting to the water mains. It was suggested to convert it into a sewage tank, since connection to the sewage mains is down the hillabout 30 m away from the house. I am not sure that converting it to a sewage pit is a good idea, I would not feel comfortable about having sewage pit in front of the house even if it is sealed underground. regards dragana vilinac
  11. Dear Robert Lee, not sure if my last message on this subject was posted correctly. I wonder if geographical position at the time of birth is taken into consideration by your program for calculations of Ba zi feng shui. How does one account for the difference in hours, if one is born between 1-3am in Central Europe on a 10th day of the sixth month in 1957 from the person born in China on the same day at the same hour, month and year. also how relevant is this question kind regards dragana vilinac
  12. Thank yopu very much for that clarification dragana
