I am considering purchasing a lot to build my home. House # is 2201 and house front door will be facing Southeast because of the street location & floor plan. The lot is backed to a canyon has river run through it, and a dam is on the west side. The river is part of water that's let out from the dam. Is this lot suitable for me?
