Hi, i was running a report report on a house number on a property I want to purchase. The house number is 11800 and it was build in the 90’s and remodeled (roof shingle replacement, flooring, etc) this year. The report using the two periods are drastically different. Can you tell me if that changes anything with the remodel? And is house number a big deal? Or would I rather consider other major factors? Daisy

We are looking at one house that is rather nice. However, we have two concerns. 1. The owner (an old lady) died in the house two weeks ago of natural death. Therefore the house went on sale for a lower than market price. Amazingly it doesn't bother us as much as we thought it would and when we were in the house yesterday, we felt peaceful. 2. The L-shape house location faces southwest, which is an excellent location for my husband. But the main door which is at the left side of the L faces southeast, which is to the Spook direction. We're not sure if we should use the house facing location or door facing location when assessing the house. Please help. Daisy
