[Getting a new office with door facing WEST]

Dear Master,
I am your returning customer on Bazi previously. I would like to engage your service for my new office. However, before I proceed to sign the contract and take over the unit, I would like to know from youthe following:
I wanted to get an office for myself, however the main door is facing WEST.
According to my Feng Shui, N,S, E & SE is favourable to me.
W,SW, NE & NW is unfavorable.
1. Can I still take that office if the Main door is facing WEST?
2. As the entrancefacing West is fixed

Hi,

In trying to determine the individuals sectors in a house, do I start from the centre point of the house?

If I am trying to find the direction of each walls in the living room only, do I start from the centre of the living room or centre of the house?

However, I am confused here as if I start from the centre of the house, the entire living room is in the SW sector (Earth).

But if I start from the centre of the living room, front wall is in the SW sector, back wall is NE Sector, the other 2 side walls are NW and SE sector respectively.
