While going thru your recent property review (only pics??) I google the project andfound something interesting while looking at the sitemap of The Quartz. The shape of the project reminds me of a fish...with blk 63 the "Fish head" and ending at blk 51 with "The tail". The development at the side of blk 61 n 59 looks like the fin. Aka "Koi" With more water at the nearby Punggol park wat implication does it offer to the resident of The Quartz?? Or does it not?
