While going thru your recent property review (only pics??) I google the project andfound something interesting while looking at the sitemap of The Quartz.
The shape of the project reminds me of a fish...with blk 63 the "Fish head" and ending at blk 51 with "The tail". The development at the side of blk 61 n 59 looks like the fin. Aka "Koi"
With more water at the nearby Punggol park wat implication does it offer to the resident of The Quartz?? Or does it not?
Maybe the developer purposely design it to look like this to compliment the huge water element at Punggol park.
