what i mean is how to determine the center point? Will it consider the built up area or

As they told me the 'q' must have in and out and without end and the 'q' can not go out, can i just extend the side land for the kitchen with the windows or door for the 'q' to go out? This will overcome the issue????

My family keep having argument and noise which due to emotional of my wife, over worry, tension, over concern on kids education. What can i do to improve this?
Meantime, my 2 kids keep having argument and fighting almost every minute causing the whole family unhappy, any advice for me to improve it?
All this have bring me hypertension whenever I at home and I need free air to release.
