Hi, after a long search i seem to have found an acceptable flat, its main windows are facing s2 in period 8 and there is a swimming pool in front of the flat,
this is a 4 building complex, 4 stories tall each, we consider the bottom 2 floors connected via inner stairs towards the end of the flat, the complex has a nice garden like look, in the main empty area in between the four blocks, we are facing a lush green and higher hill a few kilometers in the distance, this is all situated on a sloping hill, with protection from behind, just that the land slopes down to the left of our facing dire tion,
my main concern is the entrance to our flat is 2 stories down from the garden entrance, alternatively if we can use the entrance from parking lot where we will climb 2 stories, however it is much more practical to use the upper entrance therefore to walk down two stories,
i am attaching screen shots, is it bad feng shui to walk down to entrance, also there are some trees already planted in our facing to produce a natural confidentiality from the eyes of the swimmers in the pool, these trees will be a problem right?
maybe i can have them planted to the side of the small garden rather than in the front and use curtains for confidentiality?

Dear master,
In flying stars feng sui, which should be taken into account more, the stars of a sector according to birth year of the house , or the anual star visiting that sector?
For example i have s3 flat from period 7,
my entrance has 5-9 stars and 5 as the base star (east) , and the annual star there is 4,
and an alternative entrance from living room garden balcony door ( which is not really very proper to enter from but can be used if main door is inausipicipus) has a 6-8 stars and 4 as the base star (sw) but has 3 visitin g ths year ?
thank you,
can you also suggest some reading about this aspect of feng shui please?
Up Mountain Down Water Flat- Cures
in General Help
Posted
Dear Sir,
I am considering an entrance level flat in a P7 , NW2 5 storey building.
There are 10 households and 5 levels above ground in the building.
1) Attached is the map of the area, building is right under the purple pin, with the pool to the right.
I understand this building should face a mountain form as a cure to it being an ''up mountain down water'' flat,
There are bushes almost 2.5 meters outside the main entrance of the building- again in NW2.
These are high so that my entrance level flat's living room windows which are in the same direction as the entrance , see nothing but these bushes.
These bushes are not high as the building though, they would not be seen after the 1st or 2nd level flats, in a 5 storey building.
After the bushes there is a slight slope down , some empty area, and a highway with 4 lanes, and then another slope upwards after the highway, this slope is higher than our building's level.
Does this setting in your opinion constitute a mountain setting?
2) In the sitting, the slope continues steeply upwards, but there is a very small garden as well- so to constitute a water element in the sitting, I am considering a fountain and some lane in which it will flow, does this count as water against the slope we sit on?
3) The sitting is SE2, and that is Grand Duke for 2012 and 2013, is it all right if we move in ? In another document, I read moving in is not recommended with the Grand Duke in the sitting direction? So shall we wait until 2014
4) Even if we are the new owners, the period still remains P7 correct? Or should we consider P8 for our flat as there will be major renovation in our entrance level flat, all flooring will change, kitchen and bathrooms should change and all ceiling will be repainted?
