Hello Master: My b/f and I have been searching for an apartment since some time ago. We are a young couple that recently started working and been saving money to make this first investment. Case 1: Little building next to a much taller pair of buildings and near other slightly taller buildings The model apartment looked acceptable, flying star analysis was pretty good but the shapes and forms Feng Shui wasn't very good for a little building in that configuration. Plus, in the country i live, you have to research the building company in order to avoid major headaches such as losing your savings on a project that was never finished. The contract did not specify a completion date and had other major issues, and when we did the research, the company had a lot of lawsuits and people wherever we go, advice not to buy from them (even at the bank... the employee that heard our case was acquaintance of the administrator of one of the buildings they built.... seems almost like we found the right people in our research). We listened to them and requested our money back and fortunately we got it back as other people did not had much good luck with this. We learned a lot from this experience. Case 2: Building near a big temple found at the top of a hill and near a busy street The temple is at a NW-SE alignment and the busy street is at one side of the lot at around 50m, directly next to some buildings. None of the units will face directly the temple but some will have a side view of it. I'm not sure but i suspect the units at higher stories near the temple would be the ones affected by yin energies from it (specially the ones with the balcony facing near that direction). Also for one of the best units (away from the temple), the death line for my b/f, the breadwinner, was going straight from the main door to the master bedroom. Those two were already major issues and also, this company advertised the delivery date as much sooner than the date printed in the contract. So we moved on to another project. Case 3 (current): Building between two busy streets The project is going to have 4 identical buildings. The apartment is more than just acceptable, we like it, the contract is clear and gives us confidence for the first time but it has these major issues: Two busy streets at both sides (please see the image attached), not sure which one is the mountain side. My b/f is used to the noise and i guess i can get used to it too (as it suffer from low pressure may be it would not harm me to rise my blood pressure a bit with the noise ) Room 2 at NW (bad starts 5-9-2) will be dark most of the day. I am thinking about putting a shade plant (yang) to balance the room, is that a good remedy? and a 6 rod wind chime to control the bad earth element? Main door faces N direction, death for the breadwinner, but he is a weak wood person and i read that a house facing water would be kind of beneficial for him? Which concept, eight houses or ba zi has more "weight"? A sharp corner points directly to the bed. I plan to sleep on that side to protect the breadwinner and i think i will cover it with a paper lamp material in the shape of a big C to visually cover it. Would that work? Hello Master: My boyfriend and I are thinking about buying an apartment (at the 7th story of a 9 story building) that has some issues. I'll first explain some characteristics and then, i'll ask about the issues. External forms: The whole project has 5 buildings, 3 tall ones and 2 medium ones. There is a tall building (about 27 stories) at the right side of the building, and besides that one, there are other two buildings. There is a medium side building (about 10 stories) at the left of the building. Immediately at the back there is a complex of 4 medium sized buildings. So in general, most of the buildings in the area are slightly taller than ours (except for the ones at the right side). Also there is a little park at the front of the three tall buildings, which reaches the blue building (ours). There will be a right triangle shaped pool at the front of the violet building (the arrow will point towards the front lot, not the buildings). This is because the land at the left of the violet building comes in angle towards the center of the lot. I've read that darkness specially at this side of the house can attract spirits... is there anything i can do about this? When i found out, i was discouraged of placing a wind chime at the main door or balcony, even though i love how they sound... Also, i've read that if there is a taller building at the right side of the house, than the left side, the wife will be in "bossy" with her husband. How true is this? There is a 1-3 combination at the main door. How does this combination work together? Is it advisable to put some metal to control the star 3 activated by people coming in and out of the unit? Is it true that even though you sleep in a bedroom (mountain star activated), and you have there a TV/computer or other devices, they will activate a little bit of the water star? Kitchen: Note: The stove is facing the sink and the space between them is small. Also the wash machine is besides the stove separated by a wall. I am very concerned about the 5 water star at the kitchen. I understand that we activate the stars accordingly to activity (water star) or rest (mountain star): following this, the 5 would be activated with the activity in the kitchen but i've read that at this place the mountain star is activated as the stove represents health. Which of these concepts is correct? If the water star is activated in the kitchen, i am afraid that there are other factors that make it very powerful: the stove, the south position and the period 8 (earth) Is it really good if the wash machine "cleans" all the bad chi of the 5 star, but then, as water controls earth it could make the 5 star angry?. About the image, specifically the little square where i show the death line.. the door is not at North but at South for apartment H (but still bad energies affect the main door, right?). For ap. D, the main door is at North, as shown there. Sorry about the mistake. Let me know of any confusion.

Hello Master: Thank you for your reply. I took several readings of the "facing" and i confirmed it with the engineer plans, the first one was wrong (334?), the real one is 320? NW. But i should have asked first what is the real facing direction for unit H, NW or SE? Please take a look at the new attachment, i shows a more detailed location of the buiding and surroundings. In general what is worst, master: the fact that the death line passes through the facing direction (balcony or big windows, this is not the case) where the most light comes in or the fact that it passes through the main door where there's people energy entering the apartment (this is the case)?
