hi Master Cecil, like to find out how to determine my kitchen facing? If i walk into my kitchen, is south facing. if i walk out of the kitchen, it is North. So is North or South? My hb and me belong to Kua 1 and 9 respectively,and i am trying to determine where to place my stove as well. Currently there's 2 layout, either stove facing North or East. If facing East, it is opposite my service yard door which I read somewhere that Stove shld not be visible fr a back door. If i put facing North, it is facing my kitchen entrance which I am making it an open concept. The stove also determine where to put my sink as well as i am playing around with this 2 position. If 1 goes to North, the other will goes to East. Cos kitchen are too small and no other place i can really position it. Rgds,

Hi Cecil For most people, we will choose the auspicious day for the start of the Reno and also the Opening of Door. How about completion day (where lawyers help to finalize drawdown and pass us the keys)? Is it necessary to look into this day as well? Normally, we will will just open the door a day or 2 later if that completion day is not an auspicious day. Is it important or necessary to look into this completion day?

I have an idea now to swop my main door to the gate position (subject to management approval). so my main door will face West then. However, both me and my hb is East goup people (Kua 1 and 9) but my daughter is West group. Is it advisable not to change my main door position (original south facing if gate don't consider)? However, my main door also facing the living room balcony which is also not very ideal.

Hi Cecil Will like to seek your advise as to determine which is consider my main door. My new apatment had a recess area outside my main door. So,we actually will put upa wrought iron gate to box upthis recess area since there's shoe cabinets there.Do i consider my gateor the main door facing? My gate will be facing West while main door facing South. Hope you understand what i meant.

Hi Cecil Saw your views about Eastpoint Green which you did some years back. You mentioned that the project is right opp CGH and also the stacks are built in butterfly shape, so does it mean that it is best to avoid buying a unit at this project for own stay? If the unit is not facing CGH, will it be better?
