[Chinese Wedding Taboo]

Hi Master,
If one's maternal grandmother pass away, does the wedding need to be conducted within 100 days or postpones to 3 years later?
I have checked various sources which mostly mentioned these only affected to one's parents, only a few mentioned that this taboo affected to grandparents as well.

As I heard that some people might be able to cast black magic on it based on the birth date/time? is it true?
I heard there is alternative way for providing time information, for instance, let say the birth time is 0234, just let them know is between 0201 to 0259. But I'm not sure whether will there be any difference.

Thanks for taking time to read and replied my thread I'm grateful that you offer free advice to people.
I have searched around this website and found out that you don't really trust feng shui symbolic item for cure, but I already bought this feng shui item without researching much. Do you think it can be more or less help on this issue as this item consist of fire/red colour? Would you also care to shed some light on your take on symbolic feng shui item? Or what other natural cure can I do to solve this problem?
I am quite new to feng shui and currently learning the basics of flying star. May I know if I were to place the item at a wrong direction/location, will there be bad thing happen?

As my father and myself astrology is Dragon and my mother astrology is Dog. Hence, there are a lot of misunderstanding and quarrel going on.
