Dear Master Robert, House was constructed in 1982. We bought it in 2008. Is the period based on date of construction on date when we first moved into the house after purchasing it. Between 1982 to 2008 the owner was someone else and we never lived in the house. Regards M

Master Cecil, My home is North Facing (Main door) with a protrusion in the West. As per my birth date, I should live in a South-East facing home. In my good sectors there is a 2nd bedroom in East(longevity), a smaller bedroom in SE(excellent) and another small bedroom in (South) In my bad sectors the Master Bedroom is in NE (Death), Living Room in NW (Disaster), Study in West (Irritation) and empty Space (back yard) in SW (spook). Seek your advice on what I can do to improve the Chi in both the good and bad sectors. Regards

Too late for me, I did some major renovations and it has been a very tough year. My home is North facing with a natural reserve at the back (South) of the house. A creek flows through the reserve. My understanding is the back of the house should be protected (tortoise). I do have some small trees in the backyard. I have changed the landscape in the East by removing some old trees. In 2012, I want to plant a hedge all along the boundary wall upto the back boundary wall. I also want to build a retaining wall on the back boundary and grow a hedge. Can I go ahead and plant a hedge along the east boundary wall and build a retaining wall along the back (south) boundary wall to plant a hedge on top, or should I wait until 2013? Can you please give some advice. I do not want to make the mistake of 2011. Regards

Dear Master Cecil, My home was built in 1982. We only bought it in 2008 and undertook rennovations of both bathrooms that included knocking down of one wall in 2011. Does the period change from 6 to 8? Regards
