[Riversails Condo - general fengshui]

Hi, I would like to ask how is the general fengshui for the latest Riversails condo in Sengkang? It is opposite side of Riversounds which I recall Mstr Lee mentioned is not good.

Does the choice of characters used in names have any bearing on a person's luck?
E.g. ifa person is lacking in Water element in the Bazi, does the use of a character with water help to balance the chart?

[House with missing SE and NE sectors]

Hi, most people know to look for house with no missing sectors. But this is quite difficult to achieve.

What does it meanwhen the NE and SE sectors are both missing in the house? (See example of layout below).
To what I read, NE represents knowledge and SE represents wealth.
So does it mean that residents staying here will not enojoy good exam luck and wealth luck?

[Bathroom above kitchen -- bad?]

Hi, I would like to ask if a duplex unit which has the bathrooms (2nd level) located directly above the kitchen (1st level), does this mean very bad luck for th family?
