  1. The RC wall (reinforced concrete wall) refers to that short thick black line beside your marking Y. Option 2 is to build the altar against this wall instead of at Y. If I choose to go via Option 2, I would like to actually convert the wall at Y into a counter top that can overlook into the kitchen. The purpose of this is more so that when I am in the kitchen, there is an 'opening' thru the wall at Y so that I cansee what my kids are doing in the living room. That's why my intention is to place the altar beside Y and hack down part of Y to create an 'opening' and a small counter table top. I suppose there shouldn't be any issue with the altar standing beside a counter top? For Option 1, what other stove locations are there or the stove location has to be dependent on my Ba Zi? If I go via Option 1, for the shoe cabinet, if I construct it in the space behind the main door on the left, is it considered ok?
  2. Hi We are looking into a custom-made altar for worshipping Buddha and Earth God in our new flat. But we are not sure which is the ideal location. Attached are the pics of the various options: Option 1: Build the altar against the wall right beside the main door entrance. This would mean we will have to seal up the existing kitchen entrance and re-create the kitchen entrance at the other side. But with this, it will seem that the stove will be in line with the new kitchen entrance and if I'm not wrong, this is not a good stove location right? Option 2: Build the altar against the RC wall and we are also looking into using the excess space beside the altar as counter top looking into the kitchen (only the bold line representing the RC wall cannot be hacked, but the remaining wall can be hacked) Appreciate youradvice as to which is a better option, or if none of this works, what other alternatives are there?
