As shown in the floor plan below, the toilet bowl in Bathroom 1 is pointing towards the bed position in Bedroom 1. As advised by my Interior designer, it is no good to hack the toilet bowl as reorientating it may lead to bad smell and flushing in future. Is there any problem with the current orientation? If yes, what can I do about it without re-orientating the toilet bowl? The doors of Bedrooms 1 and 2 are facing the door of Bathroom 2. Is there any problem with this? What can I do about it?
