  1. Dear Master Lee Please refer to drainage-in-compound.jpg attached for your reference. The drainage seems to be " slicing" or "aiming" towards a room. Pictures posted in"Shapes & Forms" and"Shapes & Forms - Types of Slopes & Drain"is actually of my friend's newly renovated house which I'm thinking of renting.I'm considering whether to rent this house. Or is the earlier house, pictures which I had posted in??Feng Shui Leaks" (the one with house facing a drain in the compound) a better option? Best regards Benedict
  2. Photo of sloppy road, house is by the side of road. Is it considered inauspicious?
  3. Dear Master Cecil Is it inauspicious to have a sloppy road outside one's main door? (Photo attached) Is it as inauspicious to have a drain in the mian compound "slicing" towards the window of a room? (photo attached)Will placing a big potted plant blocking the "slicing" help? Thanks Best wishes Benedict
  4. Dear Master Cecil I've attached more photos for your reference (Shapes & Forms - more photos.jpg) If we view from inside the frontal locationarea towards its facing direction, it has a beautiful scenic view of the mountains in front (pls refer to View from inside Front Porch.jpg). I suppose these are very negative aspects in terms of Shapes & Forms found in these photos?? (1) Even though the house is on higher ground, it'ssitting by the side along a sloping road (a 2-way road), one going up slope, the other down slope. (2) There's an open drainage that runs outside the frontalwall as shown in the photo. (3) There's also a small drainage in the front compound that flows out by the side of the main gate. Are Steps facing the main gate including slopes considered major leaks? Does this house still pass the test? Thanks regards Benedict
  5. Dear Master Cecil I would like to check with you on the following: (1) It's auspicious to have double 8 at the frontage of a house, how about double 8 with base 1 at the back of the house in the living room's West sector(pls refer to flying star.jpg)? (2) What can be done to activate the double eight's potential at the back of the living room? Is installing a water fountain with spining crystal ball ideal? (3) How about mountain star 1 & mountain star 6 with base 8 at the center of the living room, how do I activate its potential? (4) Howto neutralize the negative elements in room 1 & room2? (5) Howdo wesectorize such a house as attached for your reference (sectorization-of-house.jpg), do we consider the whole marked area? Thanks, Best wishes Benedict
  6. Dear Master Cecil Base on Shapes and forms, what do you think of this house? Main gate has a slope &isfacing a neighbour's compound wall, House is higher than the road, it has a mountain close behind and steps leading to the front porch & main door (pls refer to picture attached), the 2 rooms in the front porch is shorter than the main house. Is this house ideal? Is this house considered a U-shaped house? it has got a room on the left & right. Thanks, regards Benedict
  7. Master Lee thanks very much for your advise. It seemsmy house's drainage flow isn't auspicious. Maybe that'swhy my financial situation has deteriorated.I've decided to get cement drain covers/ platesto cover the drain (it'll still allow rain water to flow through below), I've attached a few types of cement covers (drainage-covers.jpg)for your reference, which are the one(s) youis suitable to solve the leak? I'm alsothink of placing pots of flowers on top of the drain covers as well, will it help? Sir, can you see any other potentialleaks? I did a flying star report (pls refer to attached), my house frontage is facing South and Southhappens to be my disaster sector. From the flying star report, South sector which is my main door has 3 number 8, what is your advise that I do? My house is about 7m high and the back of my house has a 4m high wall, can this be considered moutain backing? Oris it only applicable if I'm using the 1st storey rooms? I've beenusing the 1st storey study room for work purpose, so I'm sitting in NW sectorfacing South, facing disaster. I've a feeling that it's not right somewhere in this house.. and my bedroom is on 2nd storey room 3, head facing West. May I know wherecan I place an altar and Buddha statue? Best wishes Benedict
  8. Dear Sir, I would like to confirm on the following issues: (1) I'm staying in a double storey house, with a garden at the back of the house. My main gate & my living room front door is not facing the same direction (pls refer to floor plan 2-storey house floor-plan.jpg) , can I take my house facing direction as South? (2) My house is an unusual"L" shape, due to the kichen & toilet(small toilet area, about 2m x 1.5m) extending out. When dividing my house into 9 sectors for fengshui analysis do I take the whole area highlighted in light green and divide it into 9 sectors as shown in Sectorization of house.jpg? If so, that means I've a number of missing corners? (3) There is a drain in my front compound, it extends from outside into my compound ??extends out by the side of my main gate. It's dry most of the time. When it rains, water flows into my compound slowly from the East & out to the west direction (my main gate's facing direction) & then turns South. As I'm a West person,Is this inauspicious?I've read some articles that says visible drain is not auspicious, and if it flows around & flowsout in a certain direction it can be auspicious. But for my case the drain doesn't flow around my house, but it flows directly from outside in a straight line & cuts into my front compound & out to the west side by the main door. (4) Is the water tap outside my living room inauspicious? (5) My living room's front door is directly facing the back door, will placing a round table in the middle solve the problem? (6) The first storey living areas (living room + study room + bed room) has many doors, is it true that it'll not be able to retain good Chi? (7) There's a gentle slope just outside my main gate (about 2m wide) , is it inauspicious? Are there any remedies for the above problems? Best wishes Benedict
  9. Dear Sir My main gate & living room front door is not facing the same direction. In this case, should I consider my living room when looking at house facing direction & not the main gate? Can I say that my house facing direction is South, instead of the main gate's, West? If so, can I say my house is directly facing the drain which runs parallel to my house &it's not running along the side of my house (if using the main gate as the house facingdirection).I've searched your portal for related info on the drain but not sure ifI understood correctly; a drain that runs along the side of the house is inauspicious right. So does it mean if my house is facing the drain that runs parallel to my house, even though the drain runs out by the side of my main gate (as shown in the picture attached in this post), a long as the rain waterflows smoothly out without any blockage, it'll still be consdered auspicious? Is the water tap outside my living room necessarily inauspicious since it's not in the center of my house? My house is an unusual"L" shape, how do I divide it into 9 sectors, do I take the whole area highlighted in light green and divide it into 9 sectors asshown in Sectorization of house.jpg? If so, does that mean that the water tap which is just outside my living room is still not considered situated in the middle of my house? The water tap situated there is not considered bad fengshui? Looking forward to your advise. Best wishes Benedict
  10. Dear Sir I'm a strong wood person, NE is my Excellent sector, SW is my prosperity sector, South is my Disaster sector. I've attached a picture & floor plan of my 2 storeyhouse, it hasa small garden & the roof is Flat. Lighting in all the roomsis good during the day. But according to my sister's friend, my house's fengshui is bad, wealth is being flushed away due to the following reasons: (1) There is a drainin my front porch, it comes from outside extending into my front porch and goes out from the side of my main gate ??please refer to photos & floor plan attached for your reference; drain is in yellow)??When it rains, water (wealth) will flow infrom outside & flow out from the side of my main gate. (2)There is a watertapin my front porch just outside my living room, used for drawing piped undergound water to water plants & to wash clothes. (3) The toilet is located next to mymain gate (main gatefacing West which is my longevity) , affecting my health. (4) There is a gentle slope just outside my main gate, according to my sister's friend it signifies deterioration, no advancement.. (5) My living room's main door is directly facing my living room's back door (pls refer to floor plan attached for your reference), I can't remember what her friend said about it. The way she said it seems like the end... I hope to have your expert views, advise. Are there any remediesthatI couldimplement for the above leaks? Deeply appreciate Best wishes Benedict Ngoyen
