Master Cecil, if a development eg. Ecopolitan EC, is more suitable for "East Group"persons, does it mean that a West Group person better dont choose this project?

Hi Master Cecil, if a house has a facing of NW or SE direction, does it mean that a west group person can only opt for stack tat faces NW side and not SE side?

Is the center near to the toilet? My husband, daughter and me belong to west gua and my son east gua. ?Does this layout suitable for us? ?Thanks.
