Dear Master Cecil, I recently bought a flat at Cavenagh Gardens, 73 Cavenagh Road. Do you have a view on the general fung shui of this development? Does it matter that it is very old (built in 1975)? Does it have any potential negative impact since it's adjacent to The Istana? Thanks for your kind advice. Best, Young Jedi
