Selecting a Condo- Which direction is best based on Kua Number?

Hi! My Kua number is 9, and I am supposed to be an East person. I am moving to a rented condo unit, where I have two options: 1. Main door is facing East, and balcony is facing East 2. Main door is facing North, and balcony also is facing North. May I know which one I should select? Thank you! Regards, Kim
