[Does lot number matter?]

Hi master,

 

I'm looking at an apartment with street number 106/38 (unit 106, on 38 _____ street). However, in the strata report, it is named "lot 141." This number is only visible on the storage cage and in strata considerations. Do I need to consider this number at all?

Hello Master! Does a toilet underneath the staircase have any remedy? I have been looking at a property with the attached plan - the stairs continue over the toilet and laundry here to the first floor of this townhouse. Or should we no longer consider this property?

Hello Feng Shui masters,

 

I'm looking at purchasing a property and while the apartment itself is not trapezoidal shaped, the detached garage (on the basement level) has a storage cage which is very obviously an irregular shape. Is this considered trapezoidal shaped land (since I will own the storage cage)?
