  1. Dear Master Cecil, Thank you very much for your feedback; I truly appreciate it! Yes, the surrounding area is virgin land and the subdivision is not on a huge flat piece of land. Also, part of the rear of the plot has a gradual downward slope (left side of the plot when facing the front part/road). It's a relief to know about the indirect T junction. Your advice is well noted. I will look at another available lot within the same subdivision. I hope it's okay if I send the photos here again for a general feedback.   2. Dear Master Cecil, Thank you very much for your reply! I extremely appreciate it. I have attached 2 more satellite photos. The lot is the yellow square. These might help show that the back and side of the lot have an elevated terrain. Your impressions are very much appreciated. Thank you, Master!
  3. Hello Sir, I'm looking at buying a lot in a quiet/ low density residential subdivision. I have attached photos below. I badly need your advice if this lot sits on an indirect t-junction and is on an undesirable feng shui position. Thank you Master!
