  1. Dear Cecil, Conratulations on forming the new Goodhouse report. It's about time a report like this was formulated as it will be very helpful for house hunters. Your new report looks interesting but unfortunately I cannot get access into it. I'm unable to select the free type of report. It just would not be selected. Am I doing something wrong? Please help. Thanks. Regards, Ann
  2. Dear Cecil, How bad is it if one's deathline falls on the maindoor? My sister wishes to buy a house where her husband's deathline falls on the maindoor. Since both she and her husband are East group people, the Northwest located maindoor is not supposed to be good for them. But if one stands at the maindoor physically and look out, the door actually faces North. According to the Lo-shu grid, the door is located in the Northwest grid ( 310 degrees ) and the flying star of this house ( built in period 7 ) is auspicious for period 7. Do they have to correct the deathline? Will putting a Pakua at the maindoor suffice? If they do correct the deathline, wouldn't they be reflecting away the goodluck stated in the flying star theory? The main star numeral of the maindoor is 8 and the chor sin is 7 while the siang sin is 9. I understand it's very auspicious for period 7 & 8. But the men tend to have extramarital affairs. How do we correct that? If another door is opened in the East for their son, would that change the orientation of their present turtle/tiger/dragon hills?? Please advise as they would like to buy this house as soon as possible if everything is ok. Thank you. Regards, Jade
  3. Dear Cecil, I have decided to buy a house which I think has all the right Feng Shui criteria. But I just found out from the developer that there is a small empty land 700 metres away which may be used as a Muslim graveyard. All my family members are Buddhists. The house faces North and that piece of land is on the far South west side. Around that land is a school and a mosque. Along the way from my house to that piece of land are houses and roads. How bad is the Feng Shui? I really like the house so this piece of news is disappointing. I really need to know if this house is worth buying. Please advise. Thanks. Regards, Lian
  4. Dear Cecil, Thank you for the prompt reply. It's very enlightening. I guess this house is ok in terms of its dragon hill and tiger hill as the left side of the house is higher. The house direction I'm still not sure. Do you know of any reliable FS master who can help me out here? Thanks alot for the info. Regards, Ann
  5. Hi, I have some questions which have been bugging me for a while. I intend to buy a house and found a rather nice one located on a slope and surrounded by hills and valleys. The main frontwall faces North but the maindoor is at the far left ( North west end ). The door and the wall is alligned in one straight line, so is it a Northwest house or a North house? Does a North facing house have the dragon hill on the left and the tiger hill on the right? Or is it the other way around? It is said that the dragon is an east ( sun rise direction ) animal so shouldn't it always be on the true East direction? Let's say that one house has the "dragon hill" neighbour higher than the "tiger hill" neighbour but there is a higher hill about a kilometre away on the tiger hill direction. Should we take that faraway hill into consideration? Also this house I'm interested in has an open land in front but faraway ( about 1 km away ) there are hills which may be higher that the hills immediately at the back of the house, is that ok? The one question that I really like to clear is where should we put the toilet? It seems like there's no place for it as it disturbs one thing or another. The toilet of this house falls on an auspicious direction for each one of my family members and we are all East group people. Hope you can help me clear these doubts. Thank you. Cheers, Ann
