Hi Cecil, Need your advise: I bought a white metal bed, looking closely the decoration at the 4 corner of the bed look a bit like a human head with 2eyes and 1nose. Is this inauspicious? Does it help if I wrap the 4 corner with a cloth? Thanks

Hi Cecil, Understand from some of your message, it is not aupicious to place the altar directly facing the front door. I own a 3room resale corner unit, main door at the end of corridor. I have actually plan to place my altar (guan yin for praying) directly facing the main door. If it is not aupicious to face the main door, will it help if I place the altar at an angle so that it will not facing directly. Thanks.

Hi Cecil, I have attached a copy of my plan, my house is built in 1972. Hope you could give me som advise on the follwing: 1. My front door direction. 2. Center point of my house. 3. Position of bed a) For me (DOB 24Dec1966), occupying bedroom2 b) For my mum (DOB 10Jun1939) & my niece (DOB 12Aug1992) occupying bedroom 1.Note there is a beam across bedroom 1 and living room (see indication in the plan). c) My father (DOB 03Apr1929) occupying the newly upgraded room. 4. I could only place my stove and sink as indicated in the plan. Any comment? 5. Where to place my dining table and sofa set? 6. Hi Cecil, Appreciate your prompt reply. Just want to make sure this few points: 1.Understand from your reply, is best to use your 1st option but because that area is my favourable sector (death or disaster) so my next best choice is to place the sofa against the same wall of my front door. 2.Can I place the sofa a bit away for the wall to avoid the beam. 3.As for my bedroom, for the placing of my bed, I could either place in the favourable sector (northeast) with a not favourable direction (bedhead pointing east) or a favourable direction (bedhead pointing west, same wall as bedroom door) but not the favourable sector (more than half the bed in the north sector). Which is better for me? 4.Understand it is no good to place bed under small beam (wall more than 2 inch thicker on the top), could I shift bed away from the wall to avoid. Thanks.

Hi Cecil, Need your advise urgently for the following: My DOB 241266 (F) I thought of placing my sofa set at my favourable sector (between southwest and west). But this sector happen to be sharing the same wall as my front door, mean I will be sitting back facing the wall of my front door and the front door on the right corner. Also the wall is not level(like all other HDB flat) have a small beam,(dont know whether is it consider beam) is about 2 inch thicker on the top. Is this the idea location for my sofa set. Hi Cecil, I will be moving to a new brought resale 3 rooms flat, have the following feng shui problems,need your advise: 1. My mother will be occupying the bedroom that happen to be her disaster and death sector, how? 2. I will be using the northeast sector room, which is my favourable sector but with a missing corner (more than 33%), how do I cure? 3. I am of weak fire element, due to some restriction, I could only place my stove facing the west direction, (not east or south) is it very bad for me? 4. Hi Cecil, I have recently read a book on feng shui, it says in the book that "An Apartment with good Feng Shui features, the doors to the bedrooms are properly aligned to each other and? it repeat that Doors should be aligned directly opposite each other. Hi Celia, I bought a house in Toa Payoh having the Main door facing the west direction. Thinking that is a good house due my gua number is 8 (dob 24.12.66).But when I study the layout carefully, I realise that out of the 3bedrooms only one bedroom are at the good position(situated at Northeast), the rest are either at the spook(North) or diaster and death (between South and East).The rest of the family also happen to have Gua number 8 & earth element(my parent) and 7 & metal element(my niece). If I occupied the North-east room and they take the other room, would it be very bad for them, how to I do to get the best out of this house?
