Hot tub in Northeast corner

We are renting a house with a leaking hot tub in the northeast corner. The owners will not repair or take out the hot-tub. We have not been able to fix the leak. We moved here temporarily while saving money to buy our own home. We have made a lot of money but we cant hold on to it. Unexpected expenses keep popping up. Now I find this is the sector of personal wealth. Our wealth is leaking away! I have tried placing plants buddha's and money balls at this location. We have a metal wind chime there. I must be doing something wrong. We would like to move, but cant save enough money to do so. Please help!

What are the Flying Stars in the North East sector where you have your leaking hot tub ?
Perhaps they need to be "cured" correctly.
