Help in understanding Water Stars!

I have been research your site reference water stars, and I don?t really understand how you know if you have any to activate. I have a Flying Star report, which does not tell me that I have water stars to activate, but it does say that I have mountain stars available. The Pillar of Destiny report recommends that I surround my self with water. I have a fish tank and pictures of water in our living room, which is in the Southwest/West. The stars here are:

6
West
7 2
2
My other thought is I could move them to the Southeast the stars here are:

This room is the dinning room end of our living room/dinner. Any thoughts or advice?

The water stars to currently activate are #7- current prosperity, #8 future prosperity and #9 - prosperity yet to come.
Before you activate the water stars they must be in an open space - like main entrance, not locked away in a bedroom or such other room. Water stars need activity.
Mountain stars need no movement.
Do not activate other water stars especially #2 - sickness star and #5 - misfortune star.
Water in the west is not good.
