myfs_101140
My wife and I are thinking of buying a house at the center of a cul-de-sac. There are three houses on this cul-de-sac, and the one we're considering is at the center. The front of the house though is not perfectly perpendicular to the street, and is tilted somewhat towards the right (if you're facing the house). Th house faces Northwest, and it has a fireplace on it Southeast wall.Does this have the same effect as having a house on a t-junction? Is this house badly situated?Your guidance on this will greatly be appreciated.-Patrick
