Will the change to period 8 effected on only the 1st floor (as the renovation was done on 1st floor) or the entire building?

If an officewhich itsfrontage being extended/renovated, will the renovation warrants a change to period 8 only for the frontage or the entire floor?

If an office without any solid wall internally, will tearing down of partition considered major renovation?

Based on what you have provided. Yes, the hacking of walls and extension ofthe areaespecially will be good enough to convert the luck of the office to period 8. These are considered major renovations.
