Location of the swimming pool

1) The shoplot facing North. Infront of it there is a pond. To my right hand side there is a swimming pool. Understand most of the practitioners/master will advice not to buy such property as the sign of roaming eyes or having a licit affair. Hence, in year of the Dog North is auspicious location.

Which is more important the pond facing the shoplot or the swimming pool location.

2) The condo I intend to buy which is above the shoplot. The location of the door is in South hence, the balcony is facing to the North and the swimming pool to our right hand side. Sorry, if I'm confused here, either the poolfacing at the balcony or the doorlocation are both sign of inauspicious.
