What do I need from you?
1. Your names, gender, and dates of birth of all family members (time of birth is a nice bonus, if you have it). Please also let me know who the main breadwinner is.
2. The full address of the home, and please note any obvious landmarks you can see, for example, when looking out from the living room.
3. If it’s an HDB, please check with your agent for the Lease Commencement Date or “Lease Start Date.” (For condos/ECs, I can easily find the T.O.P. date.)
4. If possible, it would be great to have a copy of the layout plan.
