How do we move forward?
1. Decide on my role: would you like me to come as a family member/friend, a contractor, or a Feng Shui Master?
2. Have a chat with the agent about the owner’s or tenant’s preferences, including weekdays, weekends, or preferred times.
3. Check with me to confirm my availability.

What do I need from you?
1. Names, gender, and dates of birth of all family members (time of birth is a nice bonus, if you have it), and do let me know who the main breadwinner is.
2. The full address of the home, and please take note of any prominent landmarks you can see, for example, when looking out from the living room.
3. If it’s an HDB, please check with your agent for the Lease Commencement Date or “Lease Start Date.” (For condos/ECs, I can easily find the T.O.P. date.)
4. If possible, it would be great to have a copy of the layout plan.
