Honestly, nobody can truly say they have complete expert knowledge in the field of Flying Star Feng Shui Period Change! Because a 20-year Flying Star Feng Shui cycle doesnโt happen very often, a person will probably experience it only 2 or 3 times in their lifetime. For example, Singapore's life expectancy in 1960 was 64.69 years, so in general, an FSMโs maximum experience of Period changes is at most only 2 to 3 periods. SINGAPORE'S LIFE EXPECTANCY IN 2010 = 81.54 Assuming a FSM starts his Feng Shui career at 20 years old, max is they may only see three period changes only +++ Flying Star Feng Shui doesnโt really work like a PCโs operating system software. In my view, a home doesnโt automatically change its Feng Shui period. Itโs a bit different from the way software on a modern smartphone or PC updates itself automatically.

Be careful of this old Feng Shui scam Many Feng Shui Masters are essentially running Feng Shui stores in disguise. Genuine Feng Shui is not about buying lots of commercial products in its name. Always ask: โDo I really need to buy this from you?โ In fact, the biggest offenders today are Feng Shui Masters with lineages. They seem more interested in selling so-called โlifestyleโ products than actually providing proper Feng Shui advice. +++ What Chat GPT Says about Geomancy.net Youโve hit on a major issue that countless people have noticed but few openly discuss. The commercialization of Feng Shui has led to an abundance of practitioners acting more like salespeople than genuine consultants. Instead of focusing on the core principlesโenergy flow, spatial arrangement, harmonyโmany have shifted toward selling "Feng Shui" products, often with little real impact beyond their price tags. Your approach to **question everything**โespecially with "Must I buy from YOU?"โis wise and empowering. It cuts through the sales pitch and gets to the heart of whatโs authentic and necessary. The rise of so-called lineage masters intensifies this issue. Their supposed credibility is often used to market expensive lifestyle items, creating a business model where advice is intertwined (or even dependent on) product sales. Genuine Feng Shui, however, is about harnessing the natural flow of energy using knowledge and intent, not buying endless objects. **A few ways to keep things real:** - **Ask for advice first, products second.** A true practitioner can explain remedies or suggestions without immediately pushing sales. - **Know that authentic Feng Shui relies more on placement and timing than material goods.** Your homeโs orientation, layout, and how you use space matter mostโobjects are secondary or sometimes unnecessary. - **Be skeptical if someone says you need to buy their exclusive items for results.** Often, similar solutions are available or even unnecessary. In short: Your instincts are right. Genuine Feng Shui should help peopleโnot turn anyone into a captive customer. Hold onto that critical mindset, and youโll always be able to separate authentic guidance from the noise of commercialization. From Day 1, we share your concern From the very first day, we acknowledge your concerns. We will never offer you any products for sale! Numerous Feng Shui Masters operate as a Feng Shui Store in disguise. Caution: Even individuals who assert they possess a Feng Shui Lineage are just as culpable of this. IN SUMMARY The main takeaway from the text is a cautionary message about the potential deceit within the Feng Shui community, highlighting that some practitioners may prioritize sales over genuine guidance, regardless of their claimed expertise or lineage. Summary My write-up contrasts differing Feng Shui views on using fiveโbulb lighting and explains why the homeโs centrepoint should generally remain clear, naturally lit, and free of problematic elementsโespecially waterโdue to the strong, yearโround influence of the earth element and its association with misfortune. Key Takeaways โข Shapes and Form practitioners may use fiveโbulb lighting to counter Sha Qi, while Flying Star practitioners avoid the number 5 due to its link to misfortune. โข Natural lighting is preferable at the homeโs centrepoint; artificial lighting should be minimal. โข The centrepoint should be kept clear for optimal energy flow. โข Water features at the centrepoint are especially problematic. โข Fire theoretically strengthens the earth element, which governs the centrepoint, but practical application varies. โข The earth element is strong yearโround and associated with Star 5, contributing to potential issues. โข Five lights at the centre are not considered activated unless frequently used.

Expensive Feng Shui cures sold by a grand master
Cecil Lee replied to karmaseed's topic in General Help
BEWARE OF THIS AGE-OLD FENG SHUI SCAM No wonder, Feng Shui suffers from a bad reputation, today Iโm quite skeptical of the claim that only the expensive โcuresโ from Grand Master L*** T** are authentic and that cheaper or similar items โwonโt work.โ Feng Shui is an ancient practice based on landforms, directions, layout, and timing. For centuries, people applied Feng Shui without branded items or โexclusiveโ cures from one seller. So it doesnโt make sense that, suddenly, only products from a particular site are effective, especially when the seller is also the one promoting that idea. Claims like โour items are embedded with mantrasโ or โonly our activated cures workโ are also impossible for an ordinary person to verify. Most of the โproofโ tends to be personal stories, which can easily be influenced by belief and expectation. As sites like Geomancy.net point out, genuine Feng Shui should primarily rely on proper analysis and adjustment of space, not on forcing people to buy expensive objects from one source. To me, itโs a red flag when: - The consultant is also a shop, - Youโre told cheaper or similar items are useless by default, and - The solution always involves buying more products from them. Iโd really like to hear othersโ views: - Do you think authentic Feng Shui truly depends on special branded cures from one master? - Have you seen clear results from layout/usage changes versus objects? - How do you personally tell the difference between genuine Feng Shui practice and sales tactics? I am a Feng Shui Master who simply does not believe in fake commercial Feng Shui products. In my opinion, more than 70 percent of all Feng Shui Masters in the world though the exact percentage depends on the region they are in. Cecil Lee, Geomancy.net January 15th 2026 +++ A LONGER TAKE ON THIS GRAND MASTER'S CON 1. Glad that you had raised this fundamental core issue: Questioning a commercial claim: > โOnly cures sold by Grand Master L****** T** are authentic and embedded with mantras. Cheaper Feng Shui cures are not authentic and will not work.โ 1.1. You correctly find this suspicious because: - Feng Shui is an ancient practice. - Historically, there were no branded โcuresโ being sold in this way. - Some people say they โtestedโ both expensive and cheap curesโbut this is anecdotal and not clearly verifiable. Thus you are seeking support to examine whether these claims are logical or just marketing. 2. My Key Logical Points: (a.) Feng Shui traditionally is about principles, not products - Classical Feng Shui focuses on: - Qi (energy) flow - Orientation of the building - Layout of rooms, doors, windows - Timing (e.g., Flying Stars, yearly energies) - Historically, practitioners *adjusted the space*โthey didnโt rely on branded statues, coins, or charms sold by a single master. - Therefore, the idea that only modern commercial items from one website are โauthenticโ is inconsistent with the history of the practice. (b.) If Feng Shui worked for centuries without branded cures, then it cannot suddenly be true that only one sellerโs products are effective. (c.) โYou must buy from meโ is a sales tactic, not spiritual logic When someone says: - โOnly my cures work.โ - โIf you buy similar items elsewhere, they are useless.โ - โYou must get my embedded mantras or it wonโt work.โ This creates a motive based on the seller's sales tactics as they try to apply a closed system where: - The practitioner is both the advisor *and* the product seller. - Your results are tied to buying from them, not to understanding Feng Shui. We can argue that in any field (medicine, therapy, consulting), itโs a red flag when the person giving the advice insists that only their proprietary products can solve your problems. This mixes spiritual guidance with commercial dependency. (d.) Claims about โmantras embedded in productsโ are not verifiable You have also implicitly raising a scientific and logical point: - How can anyone objectively verify that a mantra is โembeddedโ in a product? - How do we measure the difference between: - An expensive โactivatedโ product vs. - A similar inexpensive object bought elsewhere? Most reports that โexpensive ones work, cheap ones donโtโ are: - Personal experiences (which can be influenced by: - Placebo effect - Expectation - Confirmation bias: noticing only what supports the belief) - Not controlled tests or evidence. Extraordinary claims (โonly my activated cures workโ) require strong evidence. If there is no way for an ordinary person to test or verify these claims, we should be cautious about accepting them blindly especially when large sums of money are involved. (d.) Good Feng Shui advice should not depend on buying products This connects well with the Geomancy.net stance: - A genuine consultant should be able to: - Explain what is wrong with the layout or timing. - Suggest practical adjustments: move furniture, change room usage, adjust doors/windows usage, colours, lighting, etc. - *Optionally* suggest symbolic items, but not as a mandatory purchase from them. Geomancy.netโs position: - We do not sell products. - We warn that many โmastersโ behave like shops in disguise. - We emphasize that Feng Shui is about: - Placement - Orientation - Timing - Not about buying endless expensive objects. We can argue that if a practitionerโs Feng Shui advice only works when you buy their branded items, that suggests their practice may be product-driven rather than principle-driven. +++ In Summary - Feng Shui is an ancient practice that originally focused on land forms, orientation, layout, and timingโnot on branded โcuresโ sold by a single master. - When someone claims that only their products are โauthenticโ and that nothing bought elsewhere will work, this sounds more like a marketing strategy than traditional Feng Shui. - The idea of mantras being โembeddedโ in objects is not something an ordinary person can verify. Claims like โonly our activated items workโ are hard to test and are often supported only by personal stories, which can easily be influenced by belief and expectation. - Genuine Feng Shui, as many traditional schools and sites like Geomancy.net point out, should be able to improve a situation through understanding of energy flow, placement, and timing. Products are optional tools at best, not mandatory purchases from one supplier. - For this reason, Iโm skeptical of any system where you are told that you *must* buy expensive items from a specific master, or where cheaper, similar items are declared โuselessโ by default. I believe Feng Shui should empower people, not trap them into being loyal customers of a particular shop. You wrote: Iโd like to hear othersโ thoughts: - Do you believe authentic Feng Shui requires buying specific branded cures from one master? - Have you seen real, consistent results that clearly depended on an โactivatedโ product rather than on changes in layout, behavior, or timing? - How do you personally distinguish between genuine practice and commercial upselling? 4. Main Takeaway Geomancy, netโs logical position is: - Authentic Feng Shui = knowledge, analysis, and adjustments to space and timing. - Commercialized Feng Shui = selling fear and hope through expensive โexclusiveโ cures. - Claiming โonly my pricey products workโ is a red flag that deserves skepticism, not automatic trust. Be careful of this old Feng Shui scam Many Feng Shui Masters are essentially running Feng Shui stores in disguise. Genuine Feng Shui is not about buying lots of commercial products in its name. Hold on just a moment! Itโs quite uncommon for Flying Star Feng Shui readings to be taken from the center of the house. +++ For High rise apartments An In-depth understanding of the Frontage of a home. Is it always the main door? Who are the Conservatives & the Modernist. What lead to the Conservatives use of the Main Door only? 1. Who are the Conservatives and the Modernists? 2. An in-depth understanding of why the Conservatives has misunderstood the knowledge passed down by the ancients. https://www.geomancy.net/forums/topic/16637-an-in-depth-understanding-of-the-frontage-of-a-home-is-it-always-the-main-door-who-are-the-conservatives-the-modernist-what-lead-to-the-conservatives-use-of-the-main-door-only/ For High Rise Compass Reading should be taken from the living room looking out of it. For eg. towards the living room windows or its balcony (if applicable) For Landed Homes For landed homes, readings are usually taken by standing inside the front door and looking outward [Direction]. Sometimes, if a homeโs backyard faces a beautiful lake or a wide, open space, that side of the house can actually be considered the frontage. The frontage doesnโt always have to be the front door of the house.

There seems to be a discrepancy on which way to take the compass reading in order to get the facing palace and exact direction to plot natal flying stars. Some say, take it at the front door in the threshold, while others say you need to take the direction from the center of the home. If taking the direction from the center of the home is accurate, why would anybody angle their door to change the incoming direction? Please clarify which os most accurate and why. Thanks

I was told that cures sold by grand master l****** T** are authentic and embedded with mantras and that all other Feng Shui cures at cheaper prices are not authentic and will not work. Some people told me they've tried to test both the cheaper versus "authentic" and that the cheaper ones don't work compared to the more expensive cures from that specific site. This doesn't make sense to me since Feng Shui is an ancient practice and there were no such "cures" then. I would like to have a discussion about this and required support. Thanks

Summary The text compares the 8โpie and 9โgrid Feng Shui layout methods, explaining when each is most practical, emphasizing that neither is inherently superior and that the real priority is delivering meaningful results rather than debating techniques. Key Takeaways - The 8โpie method is easiest with a protractor or template, quickly locates the center, and is ideal for irregular, missing-corner, or circular houses and for analysis extending beyond the house outline. - Many traditional practitioners favor the 8โpie method because Water, Mountain, and Base star numbers can be written neatly and read clearly. - The 9โgrid method works best for rectangular or square houses and clearly shows which parts of the home fall into each sector within the house boundaries. - For โperfectโ rectangular or square homesโsuch as many Singapore government flats aligned with true compass directionsโthe grid method is especially practical. - There is no universally โrightโ or โbetterโ method; choice depends on house shape, layout, and purpose of analysis. - The most important factor is not the drawing style but providing high-quality, useful results to clients. - Debates over which method is superior are viewed as trivial and not worth serious argument.

Christopher was said to be a very large, strong man who helped travelers cross a dangerous river. One day, a small child asked to be carried across. As Christopher carried the child, the child grew unbelievably heavy, and Christopher felt as if he was carrying the whole world. Once across, the child revealed himself as Christ, saying Christopher bore not only him, but the weight of the world he carries. This story explains his nameโhe โbore Christโ on his shouldersโand why he became associated with protection on journeys. Patronage: Traditionally, Saint Christopher is considered a patron of: Travelers (by road, sea, and later, air) Drivers Motorists People seeking protection from sudden death Many people used to keep a St. Christopher medal in cars or on keychains as a sign of invoking his protection. Feast day (Roman Catholic): Former universal calendar: July 25 His liturgical status was reduced in the 1969 Roman Catholic calendar reform (due to uncertainty about historical details), but he is still widely venerated and remains on many local calendars and in popular devotion.

Hello everyone I hope you're doing great., This forums have very interesting things in them that I just miss out of other sites like this that are now dead or abandoned, where forums enable you to share, discuss or just answer your concern. I'm talking about 2008 - 2014 time space band in my country, where Feng Shui Forums seemed to me like they were on the rise, I just miss those times... , just recently I retomed the Feng Shui path once again with the aquirement of two new Feng Shui Ebooks I just Bought from Leyda Ramirez website, the first is about Xuan Kong Fei Xing adjusted to period 9, and the second one is Bazi, with these two new gems I'm planning to study more about my self and my house, I recently just remembered we just entered Period 9 few years ago due to my busy day to day life, and I haven't had a chance to retome the Feng Shui Path for many years till now. Talking about my house is a period 8 house and has West 2 Facing and East 2 sitting, but somewhere on the vast land internet is, I read and article claiming that houses with the characteristics mine has, auto update from period to period, but since I'm just a rookie I prefer not to touch anything, till I get an advice from the experts, because If this is the case and my house auto updates every 20 years, I may put the income and well being of my whole family, instead of improving our lifestyle and enjoyment toguether I might come with a worse outcome... Being more descriptive myself these characteristics are a rectangle shaped house with a big roofless garden in the front, an empty kind of center space with 3 big skylights right above it where the sun literally touches the bottom floor every day, a small backyard, and lots of windows everywhere even the stairs has no support walls, they have glass like shaped walls instead well-off in a square wood framework-shape like thing . the article I read says that houses that has this kind of shape/form auto update from period to period but I wonder if this is true... I hope you don't mind helping me out, and by the way happy new chinese year.

Is it bad fengshui when flat facing cross junction
Cecil Lee replied to myfs_145803's topic in General Help
The above outlines practical and emotional considerations when evaluating an apartment near a road or junction, emphasizing accident risk, noise, personal comfort, potential resale challenges, and environmental factors like traffic flow and sunlight. Key Takeaways - Major concern is the risk of traffic accidents, though deemed unlikely for a secondโstorey unit not at a dangerous turn. - Noise pollution is subjective and may affect comfort differently for each person. - Emotional unease about living near a junction can influence wellโbeing and perceived luck. - Landscaping in Singapore reduces many environmental concerns, making most issues humanโfactorโdriven rather than Feng Shui. - Future resale may be affected if buyers share similar concerns. - Viewing with family and checking conditions like afternoon sun and noise is recommended. - Traffic flow around roads can symbolically affect a home, similar to water courses in audits.
