Comprises 3 residential blocks, 49 storeys, with 1,052 units (2-room Flexi, 3-room, 4-room) under the Prime flat classification. Facilities include a preschool, residents’ network centre, fitness stations, playgrounds, roof garden, and sky terraces. About 8 in 10 flats have waiting times under 4 years; some SWT flats (e.g., Sembawang Deck, Tampines Bliss, Tampines Nova) have <3 years. SBF exercise: 4,320 balance flats, ~20% already completed. 🌟 Feng Shui ConsiderationsInternal Feng Shui (35%): N2 & N3 units considered very lucky (auspicious double #9’s at frontage). S2 & S3 less lucky (wealth luck wasted at rear). External Feng Shui (35%): Must check for Sha Qi, poison arrows, stove placement, proximity to bins, etc.. Suitability (30%): Depends on breadwinner compatibility and external shapes/forms. Total Feng Shui score = 100% (35+35+30). ⚠️ Potential ConcernsChinese temple nearby: Smoke and smell may drift into flats, especially during lunar month rituals. Precinct pavilion: Possible noise or undesirable views from funeral wakes or weddings; higher floors recommended to avoid direct view. 📌 Key TakeawayRedhill Peaks offers prime location convenience and modern facilities, but Feng Shui luck varies by unit orientation. Buyers should weigh auspicious layouts against external factors like temples or pavilion placement when choosing a unit.

Dunearn House Bukit Timah (CCR District 11)
Is the Sales Brochure Useful? Introduction: For brand new just launched developments, there is no physical site to visit the completed buildings and apartments. 1. The only thing we can do is to visit the show room (which often is close-by to the site) as well as obtain a sales brochure and see the mock-up of the development. As well as try to ask questions from the sales agent (if any). 1.1. We must still try to gather as much information as we can. 2. Summary of Case Studies in this article. If the information is overwhelming. Pick and choose selective articles... 1A & B: Common Rubbish Bin 2A & B: Interior unit Dry Walls 3: Fire at Heaven's Gate 4: Sha Qi or Poison Arrows from Club-house roof-lines 5: 3 Panel Sliding Doors at the Balcony 6: Drainage at the Balcony 7: Air-con Ledges 8: Mixed Developments + Cooling Towers 9: Termite infestations 10: Coffee-shop below or near to unit 11: Water tank at roof-top 12: Lamp Posts, Pillars, Tree Trunks 13: Spice Garden in an EC/condo 14: EC/condo Clubhouse 15A & B: Pneumatic Waste Collection System 16: Look closely at the development's scale model for clues 17: Buying a Mixed development apartment 18: Survey or study facilities surrounding the development 19: Pump Room below a unit 20: Seven Commandments of Stove Placement 21: Is there a potential poison arrow from the neighbours? 22: Should I be concerned with a near-by temple, church, mosque &/or elder care? 23: Is the compass marking on the Sales Brochure accurate? 24: Sites reserved for Schools? 25: Doors face each other? [Main Door/Bedrooms] 26: Unit numbers with 4, 44 or 444 Okay? 27: Stove or sink or WC at the Centre of the house? 3. It is always an excellent idea to spent some time to scrutinise a prospective sales brochure of our potential buy (purchase). 4. Recently, more and more clients have discovered to their shock (horror) that the least expected was the location of the central rubbish bin outside their unit. 5. A year ago; many had purchased a premium unit within the development .. and later shocked to learn that the central rubbish chute (for their entire floor) is just next to their main door! 6. Thus the morale of the story is to check first before signing on the dotted line. 7. In general, most developments have these:- 8.1. A central rubbish collection centre / rubbish bin collection point 8.2. Power Sub-station. Every development usually has one or more of these depending on the size of the development. 8.3. Design of club-house roof-lines / trellis / gazebo / pavilion. Are the designs a "threat" e.g. with spikes or like a razor's edge? Usually these are aimed towards lower storeys. 8.4. Any poison arrows in the form of a sharp corner of another block of neighbouring stack aimed towards one's balcony (hard to cure) or towards one's windows (if any) 8.5. Location of areas like BBQ pits and any impact e.g. the smell from these pits towards a unit.. especially low storeys such as #01 or #02 first or second storeys 8.6. Any tree trunk aimed towards a lower unit e.g. #01 or #02. Unfortunately it may be too late; especially if the development is under construction. 9. There are lots more considerations... 9.1. Do remember "Read in-between" the lines.. Former en-bloc HUDC Tampines Court @ Tampines Street 11. Today, it is known as Treasure at Tampines.
Here are the main points from this page: Background of Tampines Court: Originally built as a HUDC estate for middle-income families, located at Tampines Street 11. It was comparable to later Executive Condos like The Quartz. En bloc history: The estate had a failed en bloc attempt between 2006–2008, but eventually succeeded years later, leading to redevelopment. Redevelopment outcome: The site is now known as Treasure at Tampines. Former owners benefited from significant profits after the redevelopment. Feng Shui observations: The 14 blocks were described as “earth-shaped” (squarish/rectangular with flat roofs). Buyers were advised to consider surrounding elements, avoiding earth-shaped blocks if nearby buildings were “wood element” (tall and thin). Example of “poison arrow” effects: a clubhouse roof resembling a knife pointing toward a unit, with remedies like using curtains. Adjacent developments: A one-room apartment block for the elderly with a 30-year lease was noted nearby. Summary insight: The page blends property history with Feng Shui analysis—highlighting Tampines Court’s transformation into Treasure at Tampines, while also offering practical Feng Shui advice on building shapes, environmental elements, and remedies for architectural “poison arrows.”

HDB Kovan Wellspring [August 2021 Build-To-Order] - Which units are lucky?
Here are the main points from this page on HDB Kovan Wellspring (August 2021 Build-To-Order) – Which units are lucky?: 🏢 Project OverviewLocated in Hougang, with 580 units across 2-room Flexi, 3-room, and 4-room flats. Expected lease commencement: Q3 2026. 📊 Feng Shui Case StudiesCase Study 1: Period 9 Flying Star Feng Shui – stacks fall under N1, N2, N3, or S2 orientations. Case Study 2: Avoid low floors of stack #164 (faces entry/exit); headlights may affect #02-164 and #02-162. Case Study 3: Units #100, #102, #128, #130 face common bin lobbies – visible from front doors. Case Study 4: Unit #106 has a short corridor, no major concern. Case Study 5: Unit #104 faces lift lobby – only minor privacy issue. Case Study 6: Unit #114’s staggered front door faces staircase door, but law requires it closed – no issue. Case Study 7: Watch for possible EMF radiation from TV placement affecting bedroom 3. 🌟 Period 9 Feng Shui (2024–2043)Internal Feng Shui (35%): N2 & N3 stacks are very lucky (double #9 wealth stars at frontage). N1 and S2 are less lucky (double #9 wasted at rear). External Feng Shui (35%): Location matters – beware of Sha Qi (poison arrows) from sharp corners (Tian Zhan Sha). Suitability to Breadwinner (30%): Must consider breadwinner’s compatibility and external forms. Total Score = 100% (35 + 35 + 30). ⚠️ Practical AdviceAvoid superstition like sprinkling salt on floors during house-opening ceremonies – damages tiles/vinyl. Geomancy.Net emphasizes transparent pricing, no hidden costs, and no product sales. ✨ In essence: N2 & N3 stacks are the most auspicious under Period 9 Feng Shui, while certain units face practical issues like headlights, bin lobbies, or privacy concerns. External factors (Sha Qi, poison arrows) and breadwinner suitability are equally important in determining overall luck.

HDB Ghim Moh Ascent BTO launched in May 2022
Here are the main points from this page on HDB Ghim Moh Ascent BTO (launched May 2022): 📍 Development OverviewLocated in Queenstown, bounded by Ghim Moh Road, Ghim Moh Close, and the Rail Corridor, near Buona Vista MRT. Comprises 4 residential blocks: two at 40 storeys, two ranging from 8–31 storeys. Offers 867 units of 3- and 4-room flats. Part of the Prime Location Public Housing (PLH) model. Estimated completion: Q1 2028. 🌱 Community & FacilitiesWithin the Health District @ Queenstown, with initiatives for physical, social, and mental well-being. Recreational facilities: playgrounds, fitness stations, hardcourt, roof gardens, and good connectivity to Rail Corridor and Ulu Pandan Canal. Nearby amenities: Queenstown Swimming Complex & Stadium, childcare centre, residents’ network centre. Facilities are accessible to the public. 🧭 Feng Shui Case StudiesFlying Star Feng Shui (Period 9): Some stacks (S1, SW1) considered auspicious; others less so (N1, NE1, E1). Fire @ Heaven’s Gate: Units with kitchens at NW (e.g., stacks #125, #135, #149) may face inauspicious effects. Sha Qi from overhead bridge: Avoid low floors (2nd–3rd storeys). Precinct Pavilions & ESS: Placement well-considered, but higher floors preferred. Construction impact: Expect ~5 years of noise/dust from neighbouring site. Exit stairwell units: Generally not problematic, may even add privacy and strength. Common Bin Lobby stigma: Some units share walls/doors with CBL, which may affect resale appeal. ☀️ Practical ConsiderationsAfternoon sun exposure on certain stacks. Noise concerns: funerals at precinct pavilion, traffic along North Buona Vista Road, and construction nearby. Sha Qi from overhead bridge and vehicle headlights on lower floors. Higher floors generally recommended to avoid noise, glare, and privacy issues. In short: Ghim Moh Ascent is a well-connected PLH development with strong community facilities and health-focused planning. Feng Shui reviews highlight auspicious stacks, caution against certain layouts (kitchens at NW, units near bin lobbies, low floors near bridges), and recommend higher floors to minimize sun, noise, and resale concerns.

HDB Aranda Breeze @ Yishun (Nov 2022 Build-To-Order) + unit should not face the spire of a church under this Case Study 2 - Which units are lucky?
Here are the main points from this page on HDB Aranda Breeze @ Yishun (Nov 2022 Build-To-Order): Development OverviewLocated at Yishun Avenue 1 and Yishun Street 53, comprising 6 blocks of 14 storeys with some rental flats. Offers 699 units: 2-room Flexi, 4-room, and 5-room flats. Named after the orchid “Aranda,” with nature motifs integrated into communal spaces. Facilities include fitness corners, playgrounds, resting shelters, a roof garden on the car park, and a childcare centre. Expected completion: 2nd Quarter 2028, under Feng Shui Period 9. Feng Shui Case StudiesCase Study 2: Units should avoid facing the spire or cross of a nearby church, as sharp triangular features are considered inauspicious. Case Study 3: “Fire @ Heaven’s Gate” issue affects certain stacks (151, 153, 155, 157, 159, 161), with more potentially impacted. Case Study 5: Concerns about units near a Precinct Pavilion, which may affect residents. Case Study 6: Estate uses the Pneumatic Waste Conveyance System (PWCS), which depends heavily on resident cooperation and is not considered “smart”. Lucky Unit AssessmentInternal Feng Shui (35%): SW1 and SE1 stacks are very lucky with auspicious double #9 stars (2024–2043). NE1 and NW1 are less lucky as wealth luck is wasted at the rear. External Feng Shui (35%): Location factors like Sha Qi (negative energy from sharp corners) and poison arrows are critical. Suitability to Breadwinner (30%): Depends on alignment with the breadwinner’s profile and external forms. Total Score = 100% when combining internal, external, and suitability factors. Additional NotesThe site emphasizes authentic Feng Shui practice, warning against commercialized “fake” Feng Shui masters who sell unnecessary products. Tools are provided for checking unit numbers and personalized Feng Shui reports.

HDB Parc Residences @ Tengah BTO launch in August 2020 + Pool View (Virtual Water) Really?
Here are the main points from this page: 🏢 Smart Pneumatic Waste Conveyance System (PWCS) Hong Leong/CDL has been an early adopter of PWCS in many developments. Many HDB BTO projects like Champion Bliss, Urbanville, Tampines GreenCrest, GreenGlade, GreenOpal, and Parc Residences have also adopted PWCS. PWCS aims to optimize waste disposal, but its success depends heavily on residents following rules and avoiding misuse . Case studies show mixed outcomes: while some estates benefit from reduced maintenance costs, others (like Yuhua BTO) suffer persistent odour problems and blockages caused by bulky items . 🌬️ Challenges in ImplementationEven one or two inconsiderate residents can disrupt the system, leading to long-term issues for the community . Cleaners often need to manually clear items that clog the pipes, undermining the system’s efficiency . 🧭 Feng Shui Practice & CommercializationThe page critiques how many Feng Shui masters operate like retail stores, pushing products rather than offering genuine guidance . It emphasizes that authentic Feng Shui is about energy flow, spatial arrangement, and harmony—not buying endless objects . Readers are encouraged to question practitioners with “Must I buy from you?” to avoid being pressured into unnecessary purchases . ✅ Key TakeawayThe page blends property reviews with cautionary advice: while innovations like PWCS can improve living conditions, they rely on responsible use. Similarly, genuine Feng Shui should focus on knowledge and placement, not commercialization. The overarching message is to stay critical, ask questions, and avoid being swayed by sales-driven practices

Case Study: HDB Tampines Greenweave + Stack 316 has a view of the common bin lobby and bins - Which units are lucky today?
Here are the main points from this case study on HDB Tampines Greenweave: 🌳 Development & LocationBuilt on former Tampines North greenery, now cleared for housing projects like Greenweave and Greenridges. The site is rectangular, with nearby plots reserved for a nursing home and medical facility, which may hurt resale value for units facing them. Blocks 601A and 601B are exposed to noise from Tampines Ave 9. 🧭 Feng Shui Orientation (Flying Star Analysis)Most stacks face N2 or S2, with some facing NW2 or SE2. S2 stacks are most auspicious: double #8 wealth stars at the frontage, especially beneficial if water is present. However, kitchens at NW (Fire at Heaven’s Gate) can harm career luck. N2 stacks waste auspicious stars at the rear (kitchen/yard), making them less favorable. NW2 and SE2 stacks can benefit from water features at the balcony, but other sectors show imbalances and health risks. 🚮 Practical ConcernsSome units directly face the common bin lobby and recycling bins, which is undesirable and may affect resale value. Noise issues from nearby commercial rooftops (air-con cooling towers, extraction fans) can disturb residents. Problems noted with the Pneumatic Waste Conveyance System (PWCS) at Greenweave. 🔮 Period 9 Feng Shui (2024–2043)N2 stacks gain better luck under Period 9. S2, NW2, SE2 stacks lose former auspiciousness, with prosperity luck trapped or wasted in layouts. Overall luck assessment: 35% internal layout, 35% external Feng Shui (location, Sha Qi, poison arrows), 30% suitability to breadwinner. ⚠️ Advisory NotesBuyers should carefully study block plans to avoid units facing bins or medical plots. Authentic Feng Shui advice emphasizes energy flow and layout over commercial product sales; beware of scams and over-commercialization in the industry.

SG Property Article 8: Reckless housing land bids?
Here’s a distilled summary of the main points from this page: 🏠 Core ArgumentDevelopers’ seemingly “reckless” bids for housing land in Singapore can be rational if they trust the government’s ability to manage crises and sustain housing fundamentals. 📍 ExampleThe Kallang Close GLS site is highlighted, where Frasers Property + Mitsubishi Estate submitted a notably high bid. ✅ Supporting FactorsStrong crisis-management track record by the Singapore government. Control over housing supply via the GLS pipeline. Deep structural demand from high homeownership and HDB-to-private upgrader pathways. Financial strength and diversification of the winning bidders. ⚠️ Risks & ConstraintsGlobal shocks: energy prices, interest rates, external demand. Tight project economics requiring very high selling prices. Execution risks: rising construction costs, contractor shortages, timeline pressures. Policy cooling measures that cap upside potential. 🔎 Critical ExaminationFaith in government reduces systemic risk but doesn’t eliminate project-level risk. High bids may reflect scarcity, branding, or portfolio positioning, not just optimism. Policy support stabilizes but also constrains upside. Execution challenges (resources stretched, ABSD timelines) can dominate outcomes. ⚖️ Pros vs ConsPros: Prime location, resilient demand, government credibility, controlled land supply, strong sponsors. Cons: Geopolitical shocks, higher interest rates, cost escalation, thin margins, timeline penalties. 📌 Bottom LineAggressive bids aren’t irrational if developers believe Singapore’s stabilizing framework will prevent systemic collapse and if they have the balance sheet to absorb volatility. 🏠 Core ArgumentDevelopers’ seemingly “reckless” bids for housing land in Singapore can be rational if they trust the government’s ability to manage crises and sustain housing fundamentals. 📍 ExampleThe Kallang Close GLS site is highlighted, where Frasers Property + Mitsubishi Estate submitted a notably high bid. ✅ Supporting FactorsStrong crisis-management track record by the Singapore government. The Panorama at Ang Mo Kio - Which units are lucky today?
Here are the main points from the page about The Panorama at Ang Mo Kio: Development Overview: The Panorama is a 99-year leasehold condominium along Ang Mo Kio Avenue 2, near Mayflower MRT. It has around 700 units, family-friendly facilities (pools, gym, tennis courts, gardens, sky decks), and good access to schools like CHIJ St Nicholas Girls, Mayflower Primary, and Anderson Junior College. Feng Shui Site Analysis: The site is “boot-shaped,” with six blocks arranged around the perimeter. Pools flow toward the northeast. Some stacks face direct afternoon sun or sharp angles. Block 18 stack 30 is considered the most auspicious under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui. Design Concerns: Units with WC near the entrance, multiple air-con ledges at the frontage, or exposure to “poison arrows” (sharp architectural points) are less ideal. Safety concerns include avoiding sky-roofs during thunderstorms and checking external rubbish bin locations before purchase. Period 9 Feng Shui (2024–2043): Internal luck (35%), external luck (35%), and suitability to breadwinner (30%) are assessed. Certain orientations (e.g., N3, E3) are favorable, while others (e.g., S3, NW1, NE1) are less lucky. Layout specifics like kitchen placement and exposure to poison arrows also matter. Guidance & Warnings: Geomancy.net emphasizes authentic Feng Shui advice without selling products, warning against scams where practitioners disguise themselves as stores. Buyers are urged to ask “Must I buy from you?” to avoid commercialization traps. Unit Categorization: Units are classified as “Good, Bad, or Ugly,” depending on stack location and layout. Even favorable developments can have undesirable units if poorly positioned. Community & Legacy: Geomancy.net highlights its role as the oldest Feng Shui forum worldwide, offering transparent pricing, expert audits, and auspicious date selection services Development Overview: The Panorama is a 99-year leasehold condominium along Ang Mo Kio Avenue 2, near Mayflower MRT. Feng Shui of Sol Acres EC - Is Sol Acres EC still lucky for the next 20 years from 2024 till 2043? Find out, here
Once upon a time Google Satellite Map still shows both SOL Acres and Keat Hong Mirage underconstruction. Google’s satellite layer can lag real-world progress by months or even years, so it’s common for places like SOL Acres / Keat Hong Mirage to still appear “under construction” even after they’re completed. Why it happens - Imagery isn’t live: Google licenses imagery from multiple providers and updates each area on an irregular schedule. - Different layers update at different times: Roads, place labels, and business listings can update faster than the underlying satellite photo. - 3D/photogrammetry vs. satellite: The 3D buildings layer (where available) may be newer/older than the 2D satellite imagery.

Parc Riviera @ West Coast Vale by EL Development - Is my unit still lucky today?
Here are the main points from this page: Critique of Annual Feng Shui Products: The page argues that many so‑called annual Feng Shui “cures” are less about genuine guidance and more about fueling a profitable sales cycle . Commercialization and Fear Tactics: It highlights how fear, superstition, and guilt are used to pressure people into buying new items every year, often for all nine sectors of their home . Cycle of Dependency: Families are told they need more objects, creating a repeating cycle of purchases that becomes almost addictive, with annual pilgrimages to Feng Shui shops . Profit Motive: The underlying motive is described as generating “super‑normal profits” for sellers, while ordinary people unknowingly become victims of upselling disguised as tradition . Call to Action: The page concludes that breaking free starts with individuals refusing to buy out of fear, spreading awareness, and recognizing the pattern of commercialization

HDB Fernvale Vines BTO launched in February 2019 + an in-depth understanding on main doors facing each other inauspicious? True or False? By understanding this, we can apply elsewhere
Here are the main points from this page about HDB Fernvale Vines BTO (launched Feb 2019) and Feng Shui considerations: 🏠 Development OverviewEstimated completion: 2023, under Period 8 Flying Stars Feng Shui; wealth luck considerations change from 2024 onwards due to Qi shift. Sales brochure and site plans were provided for buyers. ♻️ Common FacilitiesRubbish bins are centrally located, away from unit doors (better than Boon Lay Glade). Low-floor units may occasionally experience smells during truck collection. ⚠️ Feng Shui ConcernsPoison arrows: Sharp corners from staggered blocks or MSCP may affect certain stacks (e.g., Block 466B, stack 502) if aimed at windows. Precinct Pavilions (PPs): Low-floor units near PPs may face noise or religious ceremonies. Electrical Sub-Station (ESS): Integrated with elderly facility, located far enough from most stacks, considered non-issue. Schools nearby: Reserved plots north and south; construction may cause noise/dust. Some practitioners view schools as “Yin” after hours, though daytime activity brings Yang Qi. Aircraft noise: Proximity to Seletar Airport raises concerns, though flights mostly approach from the sea. Future airbase relocation may change patterns. 🚪 Door & Staircase IssuesSome stacks have front doors facing each other (e.g., 584 vs 586, 530 vs 532). Feng Shui concern is minor; mostly common sense issues like noise, corridor clutter, or irritation between neighbors. Doors facing staircases: Traditionally seen as wealth “flowing downwards.” Modern flats mitigate this with fire-rated doors that must remain closed, reducing concern. 💡 Key TakeawayMost Feng Shui concerns here are framed as common sense issues (noise, clutter, construction dust, neighbor interactions) rather than strictly mystical. Buyers are advised to check site plans carefully, especially for low-floor units near facilities, sharp corners, or facing schools

Singapore experimented with 13 DBSS developments. The government stopped the scheme after 2012 due to runaway prices, with some units costing a million dollars both then and now.
Here are the main points from this page: Overview of DBSS: Singapore had only 13 Design, Build and Sell Scheme (DBSS) developments, built by private developers but classified as HDB flats. Together, they provided 8,649 units. Pricing Issues: The scheme was stopped in 2012 due to runaway prices. Some units cost around a million dollars then, and still do today. Unique Features: Keys were collected directly from private developers, not HDB. Most DBSS units included balconies, but their area was counted in the total square footage, leading to dissatisfaction. The government later restricted balcony size ratios. Case Studies & Feedback: The first DBSS, The Premiere @ Tampines, shocked buyers with high prices. The last DBSS, Pasir Ris One, drew complaints about narrow corridors, even though they met minimum guidelines. Comparison with Other Housing: DBSS was not a precursor to Executive Condominiums (ECs). ECs evolved from HUDC flats built in the 1970s for middle-income families. Developer Role & Quality: Some private developers (e.g., Sim Lian) started as contractors. HDB-managed projects like SkyTerrace@Dawson resembled private estates but suffered from poor workmanship. Legacy: The DBSS experiment is remembered as short-lived, with mixed reviews—luxury-style features but pricing and design flaws that ultimately led to its discontinuation.

HDB Tampines GreenOpal BTO launched in November 2020 + Sample illustration of Type 1 & 2 Sha Qi + Overall the other two same release Tampines Plots safest!
Here are the main points from this page on HDB Tampines GreenOpal BTO (launched November 2020): Development OverviewLocation & Design: Situated along Bedok Canal, bounded by Tampines Street 95 and 96, near Bedok Reservoir MRT station . Theme: Name pays homage to a former sand quarry, now Bedok Reservoir. Facilities and layout reflect gem-inspired shapes . Scale: 8 residential blocks, 12–17 storeys, with 1,070 units (3-, 4-, and 5-room flats) . Amenities: Central green spine, playgrounds, fitness corners, roof gardens, viewing decks, and a Residents’ Committee Centre . Feng Shui & Environmental NotesPeriod Classification: GreenOpal falls under Period 9 Flying Stars, while nearby GreenCrest and GreenGlade are under Period 8 . Canal Influence: Units facing Bedok Canal are influenced by water Feng Shui classics, affecting wealth potential differently across stacks . Sha Qi Concerns: Sharp corners from the multi-storey car park (MSCP) affecting stacks #616 and #618 . Drop-off point rooflines potentially directing negative energy towards stacks #688, #690, and #702 . Traffic noise issues for stacks near Tampines Street 96 (e.g., #604, #606, #708, #710) . Practical ConsiderationsWaste System: Estate uses the Smart Pneumatic Waste Conveyance System (PWCS). While efficient, past case studies (e.g., Yuhua BTO) show risks of odour and blockages if misused . Numerology & Unit Numbers: Numbers like 4 (unlucky in Cantonese) or 666 (devil’s number in Christianity, but lucky in Hokkien) are discussed. Ultimately, Feng Shui depends more on landforms than numerology . Nearby Facilities: A reserved site for Health and Medical Care may be seen as a stigma by some, though not as severe as a hospital . Comparative AssessmentAmong Tampines GreenOpal, GreenCrest, and GreenGlade: GreenOpal is considered lower priority due to proximity to Pan-Island Expressway (traffic noise), the reserved medical site, and afternoon sun exposure on certain stacks . GreenGlade is sandwiched between a future place of worship and a school, while GreenCrest is seen as safer overall . In short: Tampines GreenOpal offers gem-inspired design, strong amenities, and scenic canal views, but faces challenges from traffic noise, afternoon sun, and Feng Shui concerns like Sha Qi from car parks and drop-off points. Its Feng Shui classification (Period 9) makes it distinct from nearby developments, though some consider GreenCrest and GreenGlade safer choices.

The Chinese Compass Points
Here are the main points from this page on Chinese Compass Points: Chinese Compass Orientation: In Feng Shui, the traditional Chinese compass places South at the top and North at the bottom. This differs from the conventional Western compass orientation . Geographical Reasoning: China lies in the Northern Hemisphere, with mountain ranges to the north. Homes in Beijing often face south to maximize sunlight and avoid northern dust storms, which explains the cultural preference for south-facing houses . Symbolic Animals: Feng Shui uses the Four Symbolic Animals concept, where the tortoise represents the north (back) and the phoenix represents the south (front), reinforcing the south-facing orientation of homes . Compass Use in Practice: Geomancy.net resources are based on the conventional compass (North at the top, South at the bottom) to ensure accessibility worldwide. Users are advised to follow one methodology consistently rather than mixing sources . Modern Considerations: Compass readings can vary due to magnetic declination and even differences between devices (e.g., iPhone models). Accurate readings are crucial for applying Flying Star Feng Shui effectively . Forum Legacy: Geomancy.net is recognized as the oldest Feng Shui forum in the world, emphasizing its credibility and long-standing role in guiding practitioners . Cautionary Note: The site warns against Feng Shui masters who disguise themselves as product sellers, stressing that genuine guidance should not be tied to sales pitches .

Part 1: Feng Shui of HDB Compassvale Cape - Is my unit still lucky today?
Here are the main points from the Feng Shui review of HDB Compassvale Cape: NW3 Facing Stacks (143, 145, 147, 149, 167, 169): These units benefit from auspicious water wealth star #8 at the frontage. Best if the balcony/living room faces water; otherwise, a water feature can be added. However, other sectors show imbalances, and bedrooms in the West sector may bring frequent sickness. N3 vs. S3 Facing Stacks: N3 stacks (e.g., 85, 95, 97, 183, 185, etc.) waste their double #8 wealth stars at the rear (kitchen/yard), making them less favorable. S3 stacks (e.g., 75, 99, 101, 179, 181, etc.) are highly favorable for East group persons, with double #8 wealth stars at the frontage and water presence, bringing strong wealth luck. SE1 Facing Stacks (71, 73): Ideally, water should be at the frontage. This orientation can bring a “double bonus” as it enjoys auspicious 10 combinations under Flying Star Feng Shui. External Concerns: Neighboring blocks may create “poison arrows” aimed at certain stacks (71, 73, 323, 325), which can negatively affect Feng Shui. Period 9 (2024–2043) Updates: N3 stacks are expected to have better luck under Period 9. S3 stacks lose their former double #8 wealth star advantage. SE1 stacks depend heavily on layout. NW3 stacks become less lucky in Period 9. Internal layout, kitchen/stove placement, poison arrows, and proximity to features like bins must also be considered. In summary: Compassvale Cape units vary significantly in Feng Shui luck depending on their facing direction. S3 stacks are historically strong for wealth, but N3 stacks gain more favor in Period 9. NW3 and SE1 stacks require careful consideration of water placement and external factors like poison arrows. Ultimately, suitability depends not just on facing but also on internal layout and the breadwinner’s compatibility
