Chencharu Grove Project Details

Chencharu Grove is bounded by Bah Soon Pah Road and Chencharu Link. The project comprises 6 residential blocks of 826 units of 2-room Flexi, 3-room, 4-room, and 5-room flats. These will be offered as Standard flats under the new flat classification framework, with a shorter waiting time of less than 3 years. In addition, there will be a Single Room Shared Facilities (SRSF) rental block with 418 units and shared facilities within that block for the rental tenants. Service was very slow. Only one staff member was working, and I waited nearly 50 minutes at 1:30 p.m. on a weekday. I ordered No. 4 for $6.30; the food was just okay. Another customer was told that sliced chilli was out of stock. I would not eat here again. +++ Unfortunately, at least four of the pig tails still had pig hairs that were not removed. I left these pieces uneaten. Pig hairs are visible and circled in red! Yes, I would not eat here again!
