The Georgetown Coffee House in Tampines West uses tasteful advertisements.. Here the saying goes: “Photos tells a thousand words” And literally, not a single word is ever used on this large frontage! And plus brightly lit! If one has seen other signages, must say this is not only smart, clever and clean looking.. ”Our brand + photos of our food” that’s all on the signage” Now this is advertising 101 at it’s finest!

Northpoint city Just T.O.P. So Long as the government continues to increase the population; these brick and mortar shops may survive. Else, you see one; you see all. Harvey Norman.. blah blah blah.. Previously topped up several Bagus food court cards at Woodlands.. then it closed down..and swallowed the amounts in the prepaid card. Now the Bagus, here gave me a bitter aftertaste.

Glad to learn that Broadway Coffee Shop at Damai is one of the first that is completely smoke free. As often in many other coffee shops; even if one sits far away from the smoking area; the fans would bring the smelly smoke towards us non-smokers area. Had a pleasant experience, here: fresh air. Approximate location of this coffee shop:-

It stands on the site of what used to be the house of its founder, Hajjah Fatimah, from whom it takes its name. Hajjah Fatimah was a wealthy Malay woman from Melaka.
