Unfortunately these two foods should not be consumed frequently.

Chinese rojak even if one asks for no sugar, the prawn paste is already loaded with sugar! Concern of Type 2 diabetes.

Fried Kuay Teoh if lard is used or even not; is rather oily.. daily consumption is not adviced!
