Hi I have a neighbor who lives beside my apartment. We live in a building condo type. Our doors are set perpendicular to each other. Her living room is separated by one wall from my own living room. She always complain about my daughter playing piano - when my daughter doesn't even practice the piano everyday and not for more than 30 minutes if she ever practices. She wouldn't want any moment of the day that my daughter would practice. She complains against the slightest noise we make. Even when we just sing happy birthday for a few seconds she would start slamming the wall. I can't stand her negativity anymore. Is there any feng shui tip I can use so I ca…

Kim's Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee @ Jalan Eunos Branch Kims first opened a stall in a coffeeshop at Changi Road in the early 1970's. (At 5 1/2 mile Changi Road) Oveall, their hokkien prawn mee is in my opinion, better than many other comparable fried hokkien mee. What is unique about it is that Kim's always wear long sleves and pants with a shiny Rolex watch pluc a distinctive Mercedes belt. He has two large woks. His version like that of the old school style Hokkien mee is the drier version. Another famous stall serving drier hokkien mee is at old airport road. The old airport road stall gives less value as his $5/- is a small packet with sliced chil…

If the WC sewerage drain pipe is not properly capped, this can occur. As often the contractor merely places a plastic membrane sheet and covered by a tile. Once the “u-trap” no longer hold liquid, by osmosis, the sewer smell may slowly seep out of this tile. Thus causing the stench. The disadvantage of capping is the floor may have to be raised to accommodate this plug.

They only sell one variety of noodles = Mee Pok The food is light but with a balanced flavour. Their cheapest $5.50 contains a unique one slice of rehydrated fish maw and a moist braised-poached melt-in the mouth half-an-egg. Portions are reasonable..but nice. Unfortunately.. one complaint is that their chilli is dull.. don't give that kind-of-kick!

First of all, I hope you, your family + loved ones & friends are staying safe during this turbulent time. Better days ahead! Let's hope that this Lock-down will not be extended another fortnight ++. But it looks that way now...for more weeks... Personally, I find the term: Circuit Breaker, a colourful term + an air of sophistication + wholly ambiguous especially for the elderly. No wonder read that a few got into an entanglement with the law. When one elderly man eat at his Void deck furniture fixture. And another elderly lady had her food seated at a hawker centre. When we were taught English. One best example was Ernest Hemingway’s classic …

1. One of my most favourite watch is the Tag Heuer: 3000 Professional Series two tone Gold and Silver look watch. 2. This series was sold around twenty years ago. And no more in production. 3. So happened that I was on a Feng Shui audit and saw the couple's parent's each wearing one. 4. All of us loved our (this series) watch. And here goes: a photo of the THREE watches. Mine is the centre one (boy-sized) watch. Note: the Man-sized watch had it's watch face changed that is why the Tag Heuer logo is coloured. Otherwise, the logo on the watch face is suppose to be in distinct all black... Although these watches don't cost that much; but...... (Location/event: …

Singapore Improvement Trust plans on Tiong Bahru Estate was built along/around Chinese Hokkien cemetery land. Which includes land currently occupied by S.G.H. This estate consists of 504 flats and a market. From the attachment one can see that the flats are conservatively laid out in uniform and orderly fashion. As much as possible, the roads are laid out also in orderly grid. If all the wordings were blank-out; believe me - if I sat that a quick glance: I could have mis-read it (mistaken) as a colonial British naval base. With warships parked along this wharf...

Just as we had understood: placing tissue paper packets on a table means someone will be occupying the table soon... Look at these photos! This group places umbrellas for the same thing!

In my opinion, having been to many new home launches, this year; frankly, I don't really have a good feel for one development: Riversound Residences at Sengkang.. My grouse is mainly on stepping onto the land and it's Shapes and Forms... I believe, the development which is surrounded by three major roads, have very few units that are "acceptable". In my opinion, the units that may be considered are those facing "inside" e.g. pool facing otherwise... hmmm...
