CNY TRIVIA Got any recommendations to start the first working day of Chinese New Year (CNY)? 1. First day is always on even lunar days: eg. 2, 6, 8 or 10 day of 1st lunar month. (4th maybe skipped as many Cantonese don't like this number.) 2. Burials are always on the odd days: 3, 5, 7, 9 etc...
