I tried typing in the url: http://www.risis.com.sg It brought me to the RISIS site which has figurines of:- Chinese zodiac animals, dragons etc... Which I believe will be interesting as they have some `unique' Chinese figurine designs. By the way, I am not associated with them at all. In the past, I do keep a collection of their gold plated Chinese animal signs e.g monkey, chicken, ox etc.. They are still around:) Warmest Regards, Cecil

1. I was amazed at how the yellow cane palm, had grown in just 11 over years! 2. I could recall; around 11 years ago, when this Admiralty Drive HDB estate was completed. 3. The yellow cane palm were just "babies" at that time. 4. Nature is indeed very remarkable! As usually the Yellow cane palm grow side-wards much like many other palm or bamboo trees. But this one, grows like a "Tree". 5. For one, I cannot imagine that these trees can grow so tall! Wow! Simply amazing! 6. Sometimes; it is good to look at and admire the beautiful birds and trees! Of course, try not to mimic Jack Neo's past adventure of not just looking at birds; and many reports say he tried …

I apologize for the quality of the photos, which were taken in April 2020. At that time, phone cameras were not as advanced as they are now. As RED symbolises auspiciousness. Many shops cover their new signage with either red cloth or red paper prior to the opening of their shop. These photos were taken today at Singapore's newest North-East shopping icon: NEX.

Perhaps, this water feature tries to identify it's smooth fluid lines with water. But from the photo; it does not seem that nice looking. What some geomancers are concerned is the way it looks or rather portrays. If it seems to portray some unknown "spirits" or ghostly forms etc... then one should be safe and avoid such a water feature totally. Note: for this type of water feature... do watch where the spout finally lands "to"

This was a past case where Blk 268D stack #171 facing Blk 269C TOP, last year 2012. In the attachment; as the master bedroom is a stone throw away from Blk 269C; for practical reasons; day curtains has to be installed in the Master Bedroom.

Back in the 1950's and 1960's aluminium was rare and very costly. Thus this was the most popular design using the material steel. In the past the gates are made from iron. As aluminium was expensive to make in the past. One of the quickest ways to open to any width and quick and easy to lock. Can even add extra padlocks if needed.

Architects should always remember this "Even if you don't stay there, think of the potential family that would be staying there!" On 19 Mar 2016, at 2:05 AM, M____ L_____ wrote an e-mail:- Hi Cecil, ... I should have read your analysis or column long ago or before purchase Skies Miltonia. Marine Blue Twin Towers Under Construction Previously before Marine Parade Road (MPR) got diverted, there is a comfortable distance between MPR and the service road as well as the main gate / and actual block frontage of Marine Blue: Today, it does not look anything like the above. MRP is just a few yards away from the service road leading towards Marine Blue's main gate.
