Very rare to have sites that face the side of the Istana. This development is also within walking distance to Cuppage Road - Holiday Inn hotel and Centrepoint.

First of all, let me apologise for this ugly drawing. I know it is no good. But I hope it makes it easier to understand for Dan. Enclosed please find a simple diagram showing what I mean by `Head facing a good direction'. Please note that this picture refers only to sleeping positions. Where when one sleeps (on a bed), one's head faces a good direction. One cannot expect to sleep upright and sleep with the head facing the `sky'. *JOKE* Below, Message cross posted from `Free Advice':- Dear Cecil, when you say your head should be facing your most auspisious direction, what do you mean? Your head should be in that direction, or you should be looking at that direction…

Parc Clematis is on the former Park West enbloc site. The successful bidder is SingHaiYi Group. An aerial view of the site looks like a CRUDE Chinese butcher chopper knife: (Above) Did you see a "handle" and the big mass of curved chopper? But since the butter knive's blade is not aimed towards a neighbour but the apex of AYE towards Clementi Avenue 6, then it is of no threat to anyone else nor benefit this development. 99 year leasehold. Estimated TOP in 2023. Under Flying Stars Period 8 Feng Shui.

1. Elvis Presley & Marilyn Monroe are alive? 2. Not exactly! BUT somehow, they are at least remembered in Singapore! Maybe for the wrong reasons? Why? 3. This rememberance in Singapore is not exactly complimentary! 4. Really, creative people, do think differently from "normal" of the mill people like us! 5. In Australia, I get to see Toilets with captions of "RAM = male" and "DOE = female" goat. 6. This newly refurbished building: Pico Creative Centre; along Kallang Avenue seems to think that the best way for people to recognised the male side of the toilet is via the huge posted of Elvis. And for the female? The famous sex symbol: Marilyn Monroe! 7. Look…

HDB Keat Hong Pride is within the greater piece of land which once was an army camp i.e. Keat Hong camp. HDB Keat Hong Pride sits at the fringe of once was the fence of the army camp. And distinctively the MRT trains are so close, but yet so far. Hopefully the government heed the request by new residents of this estate to have another train station "Keat Hong station". Similar to the Dover station and the current under construction Canberra station.

1. Many business, prior to their opening day, would get a contractor to mount a new signage overhead of their shop. 2. After that, ask their contractor to cover it in a red piece of paper. The signage is only revealed after an auspicious date has been found. 3. It is interesting to note also that, what happens if a company needs to change a signage? 3.1 Some clients would require their contractor to remove the existing sign (BUT NOT BRING IT DOWN YET!). Next another ladder is used to place it on the top ladder step. 3.2 The new signage is being replaced and placed in it's place. 3.3 Once this is done, then the existing signage can be taken down. Please see attachment...…

The attached article re-enforce my sentiments that external factors may have more to do with fertility problems then `simply' relying on the `hope' of Feng Shui as a `cure'. Click on the attachment and read on... Warmest Regards, Cecil

1. The Furama Hotel is in the shape of fingers raising upwards to the sky. 2. It looks wavy and is considered the water element. 3. A picture of a typical restuarant front is also shown.

The key to understanding what makes a good water feature is not getting an exact copy of any illustration of a water feature. But rather; to understand the Five Elements and what makes a good water feature. Where if possible, the water feature comprises all FIVE elements. Reference: http://fountain.geomancy.net
