This boutique freehold development located in district 15 has interior layouts that are well-thought out. Even if it is a 1 bedder, 2 bedder or 3 bedders; the architect has managed to fully maximize the floor area. If one can see, in this 2 bedder illustration; the entire unit is a rectangular shape with a minor extension at the main entrance area. The rest of this small development's other layouts also share a well thought out design. By the way, the small size of the unit is made-up by huge

This house is literally at the end of Shelford Road. And as the road leading to the main gate is a large distance, it will not be affected or similar to homes that are just at the fringe a road. For example, a home at the "T" junction is literally so close to the fringe of the road; and if there is run amok vehicle, it would easily plough into a home.

BALESTIER ROAD Balestier Road is a street that offers visitors a taste of history. With a story that spans nearly 180 years, this neighbourhood has borne Witness to Singapore’s journey from a British trading post to a modern city-state. Today, Singaporeans flock to Balestier Road to feast on chicken rice, bak kut teh (pork ribs tea) and tau sar Piah (flaky pastry with abean paste filling). Others come to buy lightings goods and fixtures for their homes and bathrooms. But behind the five-foot Ways that still line much of Balestier Road, there are other discoveries to be made. Formerly a sugar cane plantation, this district was also where key moments of th…

1. This picture shows a retail company of the early 1930's. 2. Usually the shop occupy two levels and looks quite dark. 3. If you notice carefully, there is a a display at the frontage of the shop. I believe this shop is selling crockery or porcelain ware. 4. Notice that some of the workers are wearing singlets and working at their desks. 5. Today, many such companies have become wholesalers or sole agents for certain products. There are some which failed and closed down. In Singapore, it can be quite hot especially if there is no fan. (Air-con was not invented then). How fortunate we are today with proper lighting and (aircon)! Warmest Regards, Cecil

In another photo " old-and-new.jpg " you will find the backdrop (this old bungalow landed property) shown against high rise Singapore Public Housing " 5 Room " flats built by the Public Housing Development Board for nearly 90 percent of the population. Dear Anon, I managed to take a photo of the 'pig' on the pillar of the home. On closer look the `snout' of the pig is actually the flower of a lady figurine. She looks skywards carrying an umbrella. Sorry, on my initial look, from the front profile, it looks more like the head of a rounded pig. But it turns out to be the hair and a flower was pinned on it. Nevertheless, I hope you enjoy the attached photos. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Note: The full edited Case Study is found here:- http://sg.geomancy.net/about/location-mainpage/location-mainpage.htm This is a continuation of Part I: Site location of Geomancy.net office and Part II: Case Study of Geomancy.net Office. (These postings are also in this same conference. Just a few messages below.) This picture shows the walk-up entrance to our office. You will also notice the greenery that often attracts birds and butterflies. (Sometimes the dreaded .... honet bee). But often the honet bee does no harm; in-fact, they help polinate the plants and flowers in our garden. In addition, there are lots of flowers growing and usually, it is good to grow plants - a…
