The base of these tubes produce bubbles and lighted up usually with blue light. As most of the water is enclosed, only a small surface i.e. the top of the tubes are in contact with air. One has to suspect whether, beneficial Qi flows better or less under this tube. Contrast this to more traditional concepts like a water wall or a fountain. Note: 1. I sincerely apologise that the pictures are taken by a non-professional photographer (Cecil) using a simple Sony DSC-F1 camera.
