The Trumps The RC roof feature encircling the building is truly admirable. T.O.P. In 2005 Really like the 360 degrees wrap round RC ledge if this entire block. Not only is it a cool way to minimise afternoon sun (shade); but also safe to leave some of the windows slightly opened to allow ventilation into the house / room. Can understand the concerns of some developers who fear of the birds. So far, in my opinion I have yet to see any nor bird droppings.

1. Even if we want to place decorations; it would be good to place "smiling" decorative objects big or small in any development. 2. Some wise homeowners would prefer to choose: well rounded, happy faced lions on their gate pillars vs having "fierce looking" figurines.

Pictures of the two Gods guarding the Door. The picture of the two door gods are also used on some Ba Gua `mirrors' i.e. the First Heaven Sequence Ba gua Symbol is on the top while the two door gods are below the Ba Gua `mirror'. This mirror is usually hung to `ward off evil'. For example, it is commonly placed at the North East (Devil's main gate) main door or South West (Devil's back door)main door . For more information about the First Heaven Sequence Ba Gua, please refer to http://www.geomancy.net/fs/pakua.htm

Watch out for the future review... a 99 years leasehold development where Singapore Press Holdings seems to have diversified into the property segment... From the above streetmap: the layout of this condo looks conservative and mostly straight rows...

This home marked in purple as A/B has two gate entrances. And the main entrance is never directly facing towards the frontage or the gate (area). Furthermore, it is "deeper" in thus make it less likely to be threatened by a "run-away" car.

I was trying to figure out what is the purpose of having a solid metal iron grille gate(SMIGG) in front of the opening of the centralised rubbish cute. I feel that it is a hindrance to have such a SMIGG for the centralised rubbish cute for severalreasons: 1. Often one's hands are full carrying rubbish to be thrown away. And, yet have to fiddle with the SMIGG. 2. In addition, if one looks at the photos,it is near impossible to leave theSMIGG fully opened all the time as it will partially block the escape staircase. Or make it difficult for someone at the other end of it to come in! 3. Even for myself, the SMIGG really weighs a ton! And most likely made of iron. And thru ti…
