1. The good news is that such things as Pi Xie are modern commercial products. 2. The only purpose is to enrich the seller. Often, it is the same Feng Shui master that sells these products in the name of Feng Shui. 3. You can find out more of such commercial products under this URL:- http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/Commercial_Products 4. In fact, the only real Feng Shui product has to be this special ring! http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=29&mid=23346&new= 5. These are purely modern commercial products and should be treated equally as what one does with interior decorative items. What happens when we broke a piece of an interior de…

1. Frankly, many or all the objects carried or to be carried are modern commercial products. These products should first and foremost be treated as mere decorative pieces. Much like the trinkets or items carried. 2. Even in traditional China, no one carries specific "tools" to ward off these issues. Frankly, it is all in the mind. As good as carrying a rabbit's foot. 3. Anyway, what you had mentioned dwell more into human factors - psychology, feeling good, security blanket type of stuff! Psuedo effect. Just like given a cup of water and a dummy drug made purely of sugar. 4. Perhaps, if you have the time and energy, go deeper into the study of proper Feng Shui and Feng…

So what do you think? Do we need to disarm the negative stars in this sector?

A full Feng Shui audit is a holistic approach and covers something like:- http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/Want_to_build_your_dream_home%3F It does not involve colours alone. And D.I.Y. (do it yourself) is not for the novice. You may want to consider Professional Feng Shui help.

Dear Master cecil Lee, Thank you very much for your prompt reply. I would like to understand and learnthe rationale forpoint 3): Cecil L. wrote: A3: Fire element is preferered. As water was inappropriate to activate this NW Sector'coz water exhausts metal. Your answer is to use fire element. But I thought fire clashes with Metal right? as it destroys metal ? What is the rationale that fire is more appropriate to activate the #8 base star ? Appreciate. Thanks !

1. Snakes is prominent as one of the 12 creatures of the Chinese Zodiac sign. 2. Chinese myths both deplict it as both good and bad. 3. For many us, we sprinkle sulfur powder to deter snakes. Since your apartment is in the basement; it is a tendency of snakes to like cooler areas. 4. Perhaps, do get pest control people to help you deal with it. Julie G. wrote: Hi - I live in a basement apartment of a nice old 2-story home in verygood shape. Since last summer I have occasionally found a snake inmy stairwell near my door (my only entry point). 1.Check to see if it is feasible for the "back" to enjoy goodfrontage? Yes/No?For example, can activity area be at the back. Or it happens to be the kitchen, the linen area, laundry etc..And/or is the Flying Star qi there good to be the facing. 2. Ifyou had explored the back area and found it unsuitable, then, you may have to depend on the frontage. 3. If the garage is fully closed area;and if the qi coming from the frontage is suppose to be good, then,Yes, the qi can bewasted, here. 4. Alternatively, if youstill have frontage such as windows or asecond floor, thentry toopen the windows at this frontage areaas much as possible, if you do not wish to renovate your garage…

1. Frankly, as you have correctly asked the question: Does Feng Shui really help? 2. These are some of the considerations:- 2.1. Feng Shui is not a cure all. Thus everything cannot gravitate towards Feng Shui alone. 2.2. Under the Chinese "Holy Trinity" of luck; Feng Shui is just one of the three types of luck:- The three types of luck are:- Heaven Luck - or commonly known as born with Earth Luck - Feng Shui of the home, workplace or even at study Human (Man) Luck - Family relationships, bonding and support structure. 3. As one can see, Earth Luck accounts only for 33.3 percent of the above luck. Thus in an examination, anyone with just 33.3 marks upon 100 percent i…

Frankly, this is not acceptable morally in my country. As stagnant clean water can be a site for mosquito breeding. From a moral point of view, it may become illegal if this stagnant pool is found to be breeding mosquitoes. Perhaps, so long as your country does not have mosquitoes, then hmmmm... In the past especially 1960's to even early 1980's garage roofs always have a drainage pipe running towards the bottom. As the government found that many of these homes have clogged drainage pipes... especially due to debris like leaf falling into them, such drainage pipes are now totally banned. All roofing nowadays are purposely sloped to channel away rain water but no drain…

I notice the times she got painful knocks or fall sick coincide with big fire, water days. In my opinion, what you had mentioned above is indeed a tell-tale sign that the ba zi analysis is not correct. 1. Statistically, even locally in my country, all landed property estates with semi-detached homes will have homes that mirror each other. Some homes with garage to the "right" and some with garage to the "left". 2. In my opinion, the comments by the building contractor is purely "kindergarten" type of Feng Shui. There are thousands - and - one more concerns that are more important than this. Some of them are listed in the link below:- http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/Want_to_build_your_dream_home%3F 3. As we all know especially semi-detached homes, it is a set of two homes mirrored at the "centre". And locally, there are LOTS of such homes. 4. More importantly: Locatio…

1. Yes, Feng Shui cannot be done by remote control. If you don't stay at the (that) home, you will not be affected by it. 2. I understand that bamboos grow in clusters. And does not have a single tree TRUNK. If so, there is no impact with the clusters of trunks and branches of a bamboo plant on the Feng Shui of your home. 3. As we are not privilege to see what it is like, you may consider making a decision to keep or remove it especially if "darkens" the main entrance vis a vis covering the piping.

1. More importantly; the year the home was stayed-in. Thus most likely, the TOP date. 2. Do take note that it is meant for a high-rise: flat/condo/apartment and not a landed property such as a terrace/semi-detached or a bungalow. Anonymous wrote: Just need to know when using the house number report, do we enter the TOP date as the year ? or the year the 99ys lease starts ?

Dear Master, Thank you very much for the prompt reply....out of curiousity from your report, July 21 is auspicious for me, however based on the day animal in conflict it is Rooster which I am. As such how can that day be auspicious for me if I were to select it for important activities such as shifting house? 1. The best method is to plot a flying star chart of a home. And use this flying star chart to analyse each sector. 2. For example, if a sector has a water star #3, then this is considered as a bad wood element and planting bamboo or plants can even further create "harm". As #3 is associated with scandals, conflicts, lawsuits. The above is just one simple illustration to show that it is more prudent to apply Flying star in such a situation. Not withstanding, the dragon and tiger etc...

If purely based on the Five elements concept, metal destroys wood to create wealth. Thus, if we consider a pilot as belonging to the wood element, then it is considered as auspicious for a strong metal person.

1. In order to be "attacked" by a poision arrow, it is often the sharp corner of another mega building close-by. 2. At sixteenth floor; so long as especially your unit living room window does not over-look at a "pole" like structure that directly slices the living room, then it does not pose an issue. For bedrooms, also, so long as it does not slice any of the rooms thru the bedroom, this is not an issue. However, a simple day curtain especially for a bedroom can easily help to "cover" it. Thus if it no longer is seen it no longer can create a poison arrow. 3. This tower is significant especially if one has a child studying in a bedroom. For example, if the tower is to …

1. Priority is based on Shapes and forms Feng Shui. Where the bedroom arrangement should "flow" with the bedroom door, attached toilet - if any and the location of the window in the bedroom. 2. Sleeping with the head facing a good direction is considered as Nice-to-have and not a must-have. 3. Another concept to remember is "If it ain't broken, don't fix it". If the previous bed-head arrangement was fine or acceptable, don't change things unnecessarily. Or revert to the "original-previous" position. Anonymous wrote: Hello, My house faces the west and my bed is placed in such a way that I my head faces the north. Of late I haven't been experiencing lack of sleep. Is …

1. If you are able to analyse your home using a proper Flying Star Feng Shui chart; you can try to neutralise this issue by locating especially where is the Mountain star #3 and water star #3. 2. These stars #3 are related to issues such as what you had mentioned. If you are able to disarm or neutralise these stars; it would often help to relieve such a problem.

1. Frankly, donkey years ago, Feng Shui practitioners had the vague notation that North = water, south = fire. 2. In modern times, unfortunately; this type of "evaluation" or "thinking" is equivalent to Kindergarten type of Feng Shui. 3. Today, a more accurate way of finding out whether the sector is or is not a water wealth location is to find out where is the Water star #8 current prosperity located in a home. This is thru the use of Flying Star Feng Shui. 4. Are you so sure that North is your actual (current) water wealth location; in the first place. If not; how effective can one be if one is activatinga location that is not even the real water wealth position. It …

1. Yes, you can definitely ignore fake birthdates. 2. In fact, the "truth" or real birth date is critical! 3. For example, often we get clients that have a family member that told us that they can remember exactly their lunar birth-day. And this date is properly converted back to the western date. 4. In the past, many people were born in remote areas and often, there is a time lag between their actual day of birth and the day their family member say; went to a police post to make a police report. Thus their actual birthday is 7 July 1930. But their birth certificate shows 17 July 1930. But their parents had recorded somewhere or still remember that their "child" was …

1. My advise to all is: "When the buying stops, the selling can!" 2. Commercial products are modern inventions. 1. One good point is that fortunately, the emergency exit (staircase) is on the side and not directly visible from the main entrance door. - Good. 2. Frankly, symbolically it is not the best to face the dustbin; but I believe there is really not much choice as one cannot really change the external layout of your block of flat. 3.If a person is applying or going to apply Feng Shui, all we can do is to follow the concept of: http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/The_Concept_of_Maximizing_Marks 4. From the picture of the room; although there are sharp edges: the bed position looks acceptable as the sharp edges don't seem especially to cut the bed. And the worktop ro study table is…
