Hi, I heard that ponds are best placed in the East, SouthEast, and North regions, but is it in relation to a general map or in relation to a specific house? For ex. is the East side of the house always the East side shown on a regular map where the sun rises? Or is it the East side of the house based on where the entrance of the house is located, meaning does East change based on where the house is facing?

Dear Master Lee, I am in the midst of house hunting and would like to seek your advice. Do all 3 South facing houses (S1, S2, S3) face the Direct Spirit (正神）in Period 9? However, only S1 has double 9 facing stars whereas S2 & S3 are double 9 sitting stars. Is facing Direct Spirit more important or double facing stars when it comes to choosing the most auspicious house in Period 9? Thank you.

Can I transfer money via Money Gram or Western Union? Reply: Our preferred mode of payment for international clients is still paypal.com since the paypal account is already setup for use and most clients generally do already have a paypal account. However, if for some reason you can't make a payment using paypal. Then we can still accept Western Union, as we did ever use that one or twice before about 10-15 years ago. It was still quite a hassle then to receive the money, hence it was never our preferred payment method. Dear Master, according to the Eight House Chart, my best direction is North. If I like a house with the frontage facing NW (Irritation), front door facing SW(Death) opening to a wall, can I still consider to buy as it fits my budget? Hello Cecil Lee, I bought a house with front door which is facing SW 3 & i have a garage in the south sector which i believe is the auspicious sector in period 9. Also due to the fact that we have a water star 9 in the south. The garage is also facing the main entrance/gate. I can enter the house through the front door or through the garage. As i understand from various forums, having garage in auspicious sector is a wasted opportunity.So, what can i do/ remedies to tap in the good energy of south sector and make use of it ? Regards Kali

Hi Master, I have read a lot about where to place a stove in your various topics. Due to the layout of my kitchen, it seems like the best place to put the stove is opposite the shower door (toilet and shower seperate area), is that a bad idea? Alternative would be to move the washing machine (front load + stack dryer) and squeeze the stove in between the 2 doors but it make the counter and kitchen layout very difficult.

Question: If for permanent place, it is advisable that we engage u to view onsite before buying correct ? Frankly, not compulsory. As there are some who do this, while others purchased, then consider a FS audit. Most people go in, feel good… and… well, that’s the majority of it, lol.
