1. Many people especially the rich continue to hire geomancers that help to make your property better then the rest. 2. What better way is to apply Quantum Leap in Feng Shui. In order for a property be it a home or building to achieve quantum leap:- 2.1. Often it is built from scratch; 2.2. It is able to "SUCK" wealth from the neighbouring buildings... 3. The law cannot do anything; as this is not illegal! Thus justice has to be blind to this activity!

What more do you want? My academic Geomancer, has read and studied that sites where we can see the dragon embracing the tiger (in a gentle embrace) is considered some of the best lands around. Unfortunately, the Geomancer is not a practicing person. He is what you called a book worm type of non-hands on person. Not all business, can succeed!
