Dear All, In particular, this year; many developers allow their purchases of their condo to arrange for a `visit' to their unit prior to TOP or if is TOP; allow the owners (subsidary proprietors) to arrange for a visit with their Feng Shui practitioner to review their homes. For example, just recently sites like Sunglade (Capital Land) and The Dew (Sim Lian) and many more developers allow their owners (with prior approval) to do so. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Although South facing (Flying Star Period 8 South 2) has overall good Feng Shui, however, many units facing south would be affected by "Fire-at-Heaven's gate". For example, just take note of this unit confirguration. Where the balcony faces South and the stove is directly on the NW compass direction. Thus this unit suffers from "Fire at Heaven's gate". Many of such units are dotted within the ClementiWood's condominium. Will may have a bearing in the male breadwinner's career as well as 'no luck - from heaven'.

Flo Residence @ Punggol Field Walk: 1. Frankly, although the stacks / units are reasonably priced; 2. I feel that this development equally has not so good Shapes And Forms Feng Shui. 3. Nowadays, the wall separating the two bedrooms is a "thin" dry wall. Take extra care (if any) if the TV set is mounted close to the bed-head of the bedroom 2. In case of EMF radiation leak. A few of the other layouts e.g. 3 Bedrooms also may share the same concern.

Many of Singapore's oldest Shopping malls or shopping centres are opened in the late 1970s. Many of these shopping centres are now tucked away with poor mix of shops. Erh.. How do I climb down into the pool. Or how do I climb up the pool? This is not a Magician trick... Just that the developer placed an extensive guard rail to prevent anyone climbing down or pushed down the steps into the Hillvista condo pool. Thus, don't worry it is not an illusion! When this condo TOP; for sure, the barrier will be lifted. Please don't quote me on this! If you don't believe; when I next visit this condo during TOP; will show you a photo proof of it! Cheers!

Dear Daphne, In a tropical country such as ours, there is a quirk with the application of the East/West group of persons or known as Eight House. This is especially so, if the living room; several bedrooms and even the master bedroom is `bathe' by the afternoon sun (West facing) or even the morning sun (East facing).
