Dear All, In particular, this year; many developers allow their purchases of their condo to arrange for a `visit' to their unit prior to TOP or if is TOP; allow the owners (subsidary proprietors) to arrange for a visit with their Feng Shui practitioner to review their homes. For example, just recently sites like Sunglade (Capital Land) and The Dew (Sim Lian) and many more developers allow their owners (with prior approval) to do so. Warmest Regards, Cecil

These block layouts, similar to the arrangement of mah-jong tiles before a game begins, often result in sharp corners of some stacks pointing toward others, creating poison arrows. Please see the attachment.

The good thing is that the precinct pavilions are out-of-sight of all units. Thus whenever there is a funeral, it will be a "below-the-ground" event. This is not-common but lets see. Although South facing (Flying Star Period 8 South 2) has overall good Feng Shui, however, many units facing south would be affected by "Fire-at-Heaven's gate". For example, just take note of this unit confirguration. Where the balcony faces South and the stove is directly on the NW compass direction. Thus this unit suffers from "Fire at Heaven's gate". Many of such units are dotted within the ClementiWood's condominium. Will may have a bearing in the male breadwinner's career as well as 'no luck - from heaven'.

Flo Residence @ Punggol Field Walk: 1. Frankly, although the stacks / units are reasonably priced; 2. I feel that this development equally has not so good Shapes And Forms Feng Shui. 3. The worst stack is #19 of Block 9. As it is in close proximity with it's neighbouring HDB Block 169A of Punggol Nautilus (169A Punggol Field). Please see illustration. 4. Nowadays, the wall separating the two bedrooms is a "thin" dry wall. Take extra care (if any) if the TV set is mounted close to the bed-head of the bedroom 2. In case of EMF radiation leak. A few of the other layouts e.g. 3 Bedrooms also may share the same concern.

Due to the government's relaxation of rules for renting out an entire HDB apartments, some have asked their parents to move-in with them. Many of Singapore's oldest Shopping malls or shopping centres are opened in the late 1970s. Many of these shopping centres are now tucked away with poor mix of shops. Many of the older ones are popular with renovation contractors and maid agencies. These shops are not a popular draw of crowds in Singapore who wants to relax and `window shop'. Erh.. How do I climb down into the pool. Or how do I climb up the pool? This is not a Magician trick... Just that the developer placed an extensive guard rail to prevent anyone climbing down or pushed down the steps into the Hillvista condo pool. Thus, don't worry it is not an illusion! When this condo TOP; for sure, the barrier will be lifted. Please don't quote me on this! If you don't believe; when I next visit this condo during TOP; will show you a photo proof of it! Cheers!

Dear Daphne, In a tropical country such as ours, there is a quirk with the application of the East/West group of persons or known as Eight House. This is especially so, if the living room; several bedrooms and even the master bedroom is `bathe' by the afternoon sun (West facing) or even the morning sun (East facing). One significant concern is if these rooms face another block of flats.
